The Raja Ampat lies in the middle of the Coral Triangle, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Indian Ocean. The marine life biodiversity in the Raja Ampat is the highest recorded on Earth. It's simply overwhelming. It is a home to over 540 types of corals, more than 1000 types of coral fish and over 700 types of mollusks.

This diving paradise was discovered by Max Ammer about 30 year ago. Max opened the very first dive resort in Raja Ampat, Kri Eco Resort, and later - Sorido Bay Resort.
