The Division of Computers and Chemistry provides opportunities for participation and leadership
at all levels of the community, from the most well-known to emerging experts. At higher levels
of the ACS governance, we build mentoring for undergraduates and young scientists through
inclusive networking. We gather with international colleagues for presentations, posters, and social
events. COMP champions the voices and concerns of younger chemists. I feel our leadership gives the
next generation a chance to learn how things are done while contributing to the shape of
their future. I appreciate our division brings computationally focused industry members together
to provide employability and professional opportunities in academia. Thanks to our
industry stakeholders, we benefit from outside support. These companies are dedicated to our goal
