80ml oil (1/3 cup)
1 and a half cups all-purpose flour (210g)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder (8g)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons 70% or 50% cocoa powder

Syrup:
400ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Filling:
350g dulce de leche
300g semisweet chocolate
1 box heavy cream (200g)
1 tablespoon butter (30g)
