Hey guys, today you're gonna be spending the day with us
in our empty house.
Our furniture actually does come tomorrow
and so we're really, really excited
to get everything up and running.
But for today, we're gonna be taking you along with us
and show you how we're surviving in our empty house
with three kids.
One of them being right here.
You guys are ready?
They're playing hide and seek
and they've been using the cat.
Go see.
Five, four, three, two, one.
Ready or not,
here I come.
Let's go find them, yeah?
Let's go find them.
Oh, we found one.
Where's Cam?
Oh, there he is.
Ready, three, two, one, go.
I honestly love that we don't have furniture yet
because they get to use the whole house
as their indoor playground.
It's awesome, it's seriously awesome.
They get to run up and down and all around.
I love it.
I think your shoes is in the car.
Let's grab it.
Naughty Baba's car?
What did my car ever do to you?
Found them, here they are.
Here's your shoes.
Let's take it to the backyard.
Watch your noggin.
Run, Kate, run.
Ready?
Let's play some soccer, boys.
Throw the ball.
Woo!
Where are you going?
You guys are going to the trampoline?
To have that for the kids is just a dream come true.
Here, hold it steady.
All right, let's move it.
Come on, guys, it's too close to the pole.
This is good, this is good.
There we go.
Oh, look, there's a ladder too.
Check that out.
I didn't see this before.
Look at this.
I wanna do this.
Yeah.
There you go, there you go.
Woo-hoo!
Oh, you're okay.
Get right back up.
Go, Kimi!
I trust in you, you got this.
You've done this before.
If you fall down, then you'll probably fall down
on these little rubbery things,
because they're not hard, they're just very rubbery,
so you'll be okay.
Up, up, up.
Hold on tight.
Hold on to the ropes.
Good job, Kimi.
Pirate ship, argh.
Can I come in your pirate ship?
Okay.
Okay, thank you.
Can you help me?
Where are you taking us, matey?
Chickens.
Chickens?
Okay, I'd love to go to chickens today.
You see chicken wings where?
Down there!
What flavor is the question?
It's vanilla.
Vanilla chicken wings?
Yeah.
Ew!
Vanilla chicken wings.
I like barbecue.
Barbecue.
What's also nice is that there's a lot of kids
in this neighborhood, and they love to come over
and play with the boys and play in this park,
and they're all around the same age group.
It's like from three to kind of eight,
and they love coming over.
The kids are getting amazing socialization
being able to play with them.
This is like the-
I see chickens!
You see more chickens?
This is like the kids' party house.
This is where they get together to all hang out,
and we're here for it.
It's like something out of a movie.
It feels so surreal, and we're just so happy
that the kids get to experience this.
Is it hot?
No, are you okay?
Are you sure?
Okay.
Are you gonna take us inside your house?
Kade is giving us his house tour.
Big house.
Oh, it's your big house.
Kade, can I get some chocolate ice cream, please?
What's that?
Everything.
Thank you.
I appreciate it.
Here's baby girl taking her nap.
She's so sweet.
This is where I put her.
I just put her on the blow-up.
She's in her weighted sleep sack.
I absolutely love this setup.
Who needs an Alaskan when you got two queens?
Put them together.
It's a kid's dream.
We got the boys over there, the girls right here.
Funny story.
Keem was in the middle of the bed.
He like slipped through the crack,
and he was just like laying there like this.
Didn't even make a peep.
He could sleep anywhere at any time.
I picked him up.
It was like one in the morning.
I'm like, are you okay?
He didn't even wake up.
It was like nothing happened.
The sun, the Gregorian chant.
If you know, you know.
I'm gonna leave Kenzie to nap.
Kenzie's gonna sleep for about 30 minutes.
Now it's time to show you guys where we hang out.
What?
Hi.
You're gonna take us up there?
Cutie, you've been waiting?
They've been waiting.
They've been waiting for you so they could go upstairs.
Oh.
Oh, he's excited.
We taught him to just crawl up the stairs.
And then he sits and scoots.
Obviously, he can get up and down just standing,
but this is, oh, he's copping.
I know.
Tell them how he's copying him now.
He's copying everything that he does.
And not only that, they love the echo.
As you can tell, they love to hear their voice.
This is where we've been hanging out most of the time.
This is where we sit down.
The kids play with their toys,
or if Kenzie rolls down on the carpet,
and the boys just, yeah, have a good time.
And this is how we've been surviving.
This is, we are always in this room.
We don't eat in here though.
We don't.
We don't eat in here.
We have a wigger.
Hi, Kenzie.
That was a short nap.
That was like 15 minutes.
Wait, that was mine.
My house.
It's a big house.
You could attach parts like this.
She destroyed it.
Another small house.
Let's see it.
Let's see.
Will she like it?
This is from Kate.
Okay, here's an apple.
Ooh, oh, silly girl.
Fe, fi, fo, fum.
Where is Kimmy?
Where is he?
Hi-ya!
Hi-ya, hi-ya, hi-ya!
We're done.
Kim Kareem!
Let's talk about how we've been eating, okay?
This is how we've been surviving.
We've been surviving off of one pot and one pan.
Plastic forks, knives, so on and so forth.
Oh, well, we didn't get one.
So let me rephrase myself.
We did pick up one pack, but it's very small.
Right.
And we've honestly just been surviving off of the plastic.
It's just easier.
But of course, the most important thing
that we need to function is a coffee maker.
Oh, so you made sure to go and buy a whole new one.
Yes, because I can't function without my coffee.
I can't.
And these three kids, I need my coffee.
And then baby girl.
Baby, baby queen has got her little Brisa
because she can't function without her Brisa.
A necessity.
Right.
It's a huge necessity for her and us.
Right.
Tell the YouTube fam what we've been making to eat.
Yes.
And how we've been surviving.
We've been surviving off of tacos, burgers,
soups, salads, and...
Overeats.
Overeats, uh, yeah.
He knows.
Oh, he's tired.
He's tired.
Our stuff comes tomorrow.
It's been a really rough week and a half.
Sleeping on a blow mattress and one couch.
Eating very minimalist.
There's just no point in purchasing
more stuff that we already have.
Right.
And we've been making the best out of it.
Honestly, this has been a lot of fun for us.
We've been doing the best that we can
to survive these last 10-ish, maybe more days.
But I feel like we've been doing a really good job.
And also keeping the boys entertained
has been a must.
But Kareem has been going out and getting
lots of magnet tiles and monster trucks, coloring books.
Whatever I gotta do to keep them happy and content.
And honestly, these kids don't need much
to stay entertained.
They really don't.
We play with them a lot.
They have the park and the backyard
and neighborhood kids to play with, so.
Which is so nice to see them engaging
with all the kids outside.
That's one thing we didn't have at the old place.
It's all the neighborhood.
It feels like a movie.
I'm not even kidding.
Like something from the 50s that you don't see anymore.
I'm gonna take Cade.
It's time for him to take his nap.
He really needs it.
Yeah, he's so tired.
Let's go put him down.
If you've made it to the end of the video,
first of all, applaud to you.
