Who is Larisa?
She is CEO of Phoenix global, an investment development and consulting firm working on large-scale technology projects in smart cities on five continents, predominantly Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
She also spends a great deal of time consulting with governments on various issues, particularly around sustainability. Her personal mandate is towards agriculture and Agri tech.
Larisa believes that if we can’t feed ourselves, there won’t be any investment in any industry or sector that will make sense.
