⚠️ The EU’s Secret $200 Billion War Funding Plan & Trump’s NATO Ultimatum - Revealed
Hello and welcome back everyone.
Thank you for joining me and a special thank you to every single one of you who has become

work.
I very much appreciate your help.
The EU is running out of ways to undermine what's left of its credibility, if there's
anything left at all, that is.
The European Union is still working very hard to find a legal loophole to steal Russian
sovereign assets that it has frozen.
This week, the EU unveiled an unconventional idea that could unlock billions of euros in
frozen Russian assets without technically stealing them, that is according to the EU.
It refers to the new idea as a creative workaround that, as we all understand, aims to provide
more ways to fund the proxy war in Ukraine.
Today, we will break down what this new EU plan actually involves and why this new desperate
move is raising eyebrows in both Brussels and Moscow.
We will also look at Donald Trump's latest statements on NATO sanctions and what it all
means for the future of the conflict in Ukraine.
Since 2022, the EU has frozen almost 200 billion euros worth of Russian assets, most of them
held by Euroclear, which is a financial institution based in Brussels.
But here's the issue.
While the EU claims, and claim is the key word here, while the EU claims that it can
legally seize the interest that those assets generate, the capital itself, the actual frozen
money, the principal, that remains legally untouchable.
Now, the interest cannot be legally seized either, despite the EU claims.
Simply taking it violates international property laws.
Imagine if your bank all of a sudden said that it can seize the interest that your savings
account or your investments generate simply because they did not approve of something
you did.
There is just no gray zone here.
It is illegal.
Still, the EU is after the untouched capital.
They're after the principal now.
It claims that Ukraine is looking at an 8 billion euro budget shortfall in 2026.
Now, you have to understand, men in Ukraine can either work, or if their employer doesn't
reserve them, then those men are actually sent to the front lines.
There is no in-between in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian economy is dead, and there is really, you know, conflict is not the only
reason, the armed conflict is not the only reason why it is dead.
Years of corruption on all government levels, government policies that serve, that are designed
to serve the interest of a select group of people, those things are also responsible
for the collapse of the economy.
So what's the EU's new idea?
Instead of directly handing over Russian assets to Ukraine, which would be a legal minefield,
Brussels wants to replace those assets with EU-backed IOUs.
And here is how it would work.
The EU would issue zero-coupon bonds jointly guaranteed by its member states.
These bonds would be swapped with the interest-bearing deposits that are currently held at the European
Central Bank.
This way, Zelensky gets the money up front in the form of a so-called reparations loan.
The EU is working around the clock to steal the money very, very creatively, as it desperately
tries to keep the proxy war on Russia, using Ukraine as a tool, going.
And there is a catch here, too.
Ukraine won't have to repay the loan unless Russia eventually pays reparations for the war.
It is a bet on the future that is wrapped in a financial shell that avoids technically
expropriating Russian property.
EU Commissioner President Ursula von der Leyen was the one to pitch this new plan during
her State of the Union address.
She said Ukraine will only pay back the loan once Russia pays for the reparations.
The money will help Ukraine already today.
This isn't just about creative accounting, as you can see.
It is about twisting laws.
The EU's move could set a precedent for how Western countries use financial systems as
tools of aggression against unaligned states.
If anything, this approach is very short-sighted, too.
No sovereign nation would trust the EU with their sovereign funds.
Not anymore.
They can't.
They would be foolish to do so.
Von der Leyen realizes that there are obstacles to her Steel Porcupine plan.
Member states must still unanimously approve the guarantees behind the bonds.
Belgium and Euroclear have already voiced concerns.
And quite reasonably, they warned that this plan could bring legal chaos or investor backlash.
Or both.
Of course it would.
Still, behind closed doors, EU finance officials are cautiously optimistic.
According to insiders, and this is based on an article published by Politico, the proposal
has momentum even if it hasn't been formally adopted yet.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, Trump is sending a very different message.
In a post on his True Social platform, Trump said that he's ready to impose major sanctions
But only if all NATO countries stop buying Russian oil.
I have a separate video on this on my channel, so you're welcome to watch it next for details
if you're interested.
Trump also floated the idea of NATO placing 50% to 100% tariffs on China for its continued
purchases of Russian oil.
He claimed that this would, quote, help end the war.
Trump didn't really stop there, too.
He criticized NATO members for what he called a less than 100% commitment to Ukraine and
accused some countries of undermining the alliance by still purchasing Russian oil.
Of course, he named Hungary, Slovakia, and Turkey.
Turkey is the third largest buyer of Russian oil products.
Trump's stance highlights a deep divide within the West, while the EU looks for nuanced,
very, very creative financial loopholes to steal Russian sovereign funds, Trump pushes
for total economic warfare, but only with full alliance buy-in.
Trump also understands that increasing the reliance of the EU on the US energy imports
would create a really great financial opportunity for the United States.
And on top of that, it could be used as leverage moving forward.
So the United States has a lot to gain, while the EU has a lot to lose.
If the European Union moves forward with its reparations loan plan, it could unlock tens
of billions to continue funding the bloodshed.
What's clear is this.
Financial warfare is now just as important as battlefield strategy.
Whether through EU-backed bonds or sweeping sanctions, the West is rewriting the rules
of geopolitical conflict.
It is desperate to sanction Russia while it shakes hands with a war criminal who is wanted
by the ICC.
If the EU has any credibility left at all, it is about to lose the remnants of it.
