Spiced Up Spare Ribs on the Pit Boss Austin XL
In this video, I make some St. Louis style spare ribs. I like spicy food, so I tried some ingredients to make the ribs spicy. I used some Salt Lick Original Dry Rub, which has a strong pepper taste. I used some Tiger Sauce, which adds a sweet heat. I also used some Famous Dave's Devil Spit BBQ sauce. The sauce unfortunately wasn't as hot as advertised. These ribs were cooked on the Pit Boss Austin XL.
