Nashville Hot Chicken
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 40 mins
Cook Temp: 350F

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Nashville Hot Chicken Rub
Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
Apple wood chunks (use your favorite wood)

Prep Directions:
1. Preheat grill to 350F
2. Trim chicken (optional)

Cooking Directions:
1. Spray chicken with oil
2. Cover chicken with seasonings
3. Place in grill for 15 minutes
4. Check the internal temp of chicken and flip chicken, then continue to cook for another 15 minutes
5. Once chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 cover with sauce and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes
6. Remove chicken when internal temp is 180-185
7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
