Reverse-seared ribeye on the @Char-Griller Gravity 980

Reverse-Seared Ribeye

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 40 mins
Cook Temp: 250F/650F

Ingredients:
Ribeye
Favorite rub(s)
Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Mesquite wood chunks (use your favorite wood)

Prep Directions:
1. Preheat smoker/grill to 250F

Cooking Directions:
1. Cover ribeye with Worcestershire Sauce
2. Apply rub(s) to both sides of the ribeye
3. Wait 10-15 mins before placing on the smoker/grill
4. Place ribeye on smoker/grill for 30 minutes (time varies depending on thickness of ribeye) until internal temp of 110-115F
5. Remove from smoker/grill and then increase the temp to 650F
6. Place ribeye back in smoker for 1 minute
7. Rotate 90 degrees for 1 minute
8. Flip the ribeye over for 1 minute
9. Rotate 90 degrees for 1 minute
10. Remove from smoker/grill, let rest for 10 mins and enjoy!
