These gentle chair exercises are geared for those who want to their improve range of motion, improve flexibility and work on strength. This is a good workout to do at home or in a group setting. When purchasing a ball, choose one that is relatively soft so it is easier to work with during the different exercises. You can let a little bit of air out if need be. I'll put a link below for the ball I am using in the workout in case you wish to purchase the same one. Otherwise, a simple ball from a dollar store will work just fine, too.
