Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. I hope you're doing well and keeping your skin happy
and healthy. Today we're diving into one of my absolute favorite ingredients for glowing skin,
beetroot. Beetroot isn't just good for our health, it's also amazing for our skin. It's
packed with antioxidants, vitamins and natural pigments that can brighten up dull skin,
reduce pigmentation and give you that natural rosy glow. In this video, I'm going to show you
how to make a beetroot toner, a beetroot serum and a beetroot face mask. All simple, natural
and made right at home. So, grab your notebook and let's get started.
First, take one fresh beetroot. Wash it really well under running water to remove all the dirt.
Next, peel off the skin and cut the beetroot into small pieces. Beetroot is rich in antioxidants
that protect the skin from free radical damage which is one of the main causes of premature
aging. Its vitamin C content helps boost collagen production, keeping the skin firm and reducing
fine lines. The natural pigments in beetroot improve blood circulation, giving the skin a
radiant glow. Regular use can also help fade age spots, pigmentation and dullness,
making the skin look fresh and rejuvenated. Its hydrating nature keeps the skin soft and plump,
preventing dryness that often makes aging signs more visible. Now, transfer the small pieces
into a blender and grind them into a smooth paste. Once you have a fine paste, take a strainer and
carefully strain it to extract the juice. Friends, if you are new here, make sure to

Friends, before trying any remedy, always do a patch test first. Apply a little on the back
of your ear or on a small area of your skin to check for any reaction. Not every skin type reacts
the same, so this step is very important. And that's it! A fresh, pure beetroot juice is ready.
This juice is the base for all our DIY skincare recipes today, starting with the toner. Now,
let's make the toner. For this, we will need 1 cup of rose water. It naturally hydrates the skin
and keeps it soft and supple, which is very important for youthful looking skin.
Rose water is also rich in antioxidants that help fight free radicals, slowing down the
appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Its cooling and soothing effect reduces redness,
irritation and puffiness, making the skin look calm and refreshed. Another great thing about
rose water is that it helps maintain the skin's natural pH balance, which means it keeps the skin
barriers strong and healthy. When combined with beetroot, rose water enhances the glow,
adds a refreshing touch and leaves the skin looking radiant and firm. Next, add about 4
teaspoons of the freshly extracted beetroot juice into the rose water. Mix it gently until
everything blends well. It helps in brightening the skin and reducing dullness. Regular use can
help fade dark spots and pigmentation. Beetroot is rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals
and slow down the signs of premature ageing. Combined with rose water, it also hydrates and
soothes the skin, keeping it soft and fresh. And of course, it adds that healthy rosy glow
to your cheeks, naturally. Pour it into a clean spray bottle. This makes it easy to spray directly
on your face. If you don't have a spray bottle, you can store it in any clean jar or container.
After cleansing your face, simply spray the toner all over your skin. If you don't want to
spray directly, you can dip a cotton pad and gently dab it across your face and neck. This
toner instantly refreshes your skin, tightens the pores and leaves a natural pinkish glow.
For best results, use it twice a day, morning and night. And that's how simple it is to make
your own beetroot toner at home. If you found this video helpful, don't forget to give it a

Now, place the pan on a very low flame and cook this mixture gently for about 5-7 minutes.
As it cooks, you'll notice it slowly thickening, turning into a creamy consistency. Friends,
this step needs a little patience. If you keep the flame high, it will thicken too quickly and may
form lumps. So, keep the heat very low and stir continuously. Once the mixture has turned nice
and creamy, transfer it into a clean bowl and let it cool down slightly. Now, into this mixture,
add 2 teaspoons of fresh aloe vera gel. Aloe vera is a powerhouse for skin. It soothes irritation,
hydrates deeply, heals acne and even reduces dark spots and pigmentation.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of pure honey. Honey is a natural humectant. It locks in moisture,
keeps your skin soft and supple, fights bacteria and gives you that natural healthy glow.
After that, add 2 vitamin E capsules. If you don't have capsules, you can replace them with
a few drops of almond oil. Vitamin E helps to reduce fine lines, fights free radicals
and slows down the signs of ageing. Mix everything together until you get a smooth,
creamy face pack. Now, it's time to apply. Take the pack and apply it evenly all over your face
and neck. Massage gently in circular motions for a few minutes. This will improve blood circulation
and help the nutrients penetrate deeper into the skin. Leave the pack on for about 25-30 minutes.
Let it work its magic. After that, wash it off with plain room temperature water.
For best results, use this face pack 2-3 times a week.
Now friends, let's quickly talk about the benefits of this face pack as a whole.
Beetroot. It gives your skin a natural pinkish glow, reduces pigmentation and lightens dark
circles. Cornflour. Helps to tighten the skin, makes it smoother and gives a natural brightening
effect. Aloe vera. Calms irritated skin, reduces acne scars, hydrates deeply and improves skin
elasticity. Honey. Works as a natural bacterial, reduces acne, adds glow and keeps your skin soft.
Vitamin E. Prevents premature ageing, heals damaged skin and keeps your skin youthful
and nourished. So together, this pack works as a complete treatment. It brightens, hydrates,
heals and rejuvenates your skin. And here's a quick note. If you have extra pack left,
don't throw it away. Store it in a clean glass container. You can keep it in the refrigerator
for up to 7 days. Friends, I hope you will definitely try this natural remedy at home.
It's chemical free, pocket friendly and super effective.
Let's make a homemade anti-ageing serum made with beetroot juice.
First, take a clean bowl and add 3-4 teaspoons of fresh beetroot juice.
Beetroot is rich in antioxidants. It boosts blood circulation, gives your skin a natural
pinkish glow and also helps lighten pigmentation and dark spots. Now, add 2 teaspoons of pure
aloe vera gel. Aloe vera is a miracle for the skin. It hydrates deeply, calms irritation,
helps heal acne scars and even improves skin elasticity, making your skin look youthful
and firm. Next, add 1 teaspoon of glycerin. Glycerin is one of the best natural moisturizers.
It locks moisture into the skin, keeps it soft, plump and smooth and also protects against dryness
and rough patches. It also makes your skin barrier stronger, which means less irritation
and longer lasting hybridation. Now, mix everything together really well until it becomes a smooth,
lightweight serum. This serum is completely natural, lightweight and so effective for fine
lines, wrinkles and dull skin. Always do a patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Avoid applying on open cuts, wounds or active rashes. Use fresh beetroot juice,
not stored or packaged one. If you feel any irritation, wash it off immediately. Take a
small amount of the serum on your fingertips. Apply it all over your face and neck. Massage
gently in circular motions for 2 to 3 minutes. This will help improve blood flow and allow the
nutrients to absorb better. Leave it on your skin for 20 to 25 minutes and then wash it off with
plain water. For best results, you can even use this serum overnight. At night, before going to
bed, wash your face properly, pat dry and then apply a thin layer of this serum. Massage gently
and leave it overnight. In the morning, wash your face with plain water. This will keep your skin
nourished and glowing while you sleep. Store this serum in a clean glass jar, keep it in the
refrigerator and you can use it for up to 7 days. Always use a clean spoon or spatula to take out
the serum so it stays hygienic and fresh. The ingredients used in this video are fight early
signs of aging, reduce fine lines, fade dark spots and give your skin a youthful, radiant glow.
Friends, you can try this as a serum or you can try the face pack I shared earlier.
Both are effective. Both give amazing results. So, if you're struggling with dullness, wrinkles
or uneven skin tone, definitely give this serum a try. Thank you so much for watching. If you found
