Vanilla Bean Sugar Scrub:
Ingredients:
2 cups of cane sugar
1 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 vanilla beans (use the creamy seeds from the pods!)
Small glass jars
Mix all together and place in an airtight container..really easy! Wonderful as a gift:) Be careful…it’s slippery in the shower but SO beneficial and glowing to your skin!

Autumn Chili Mac and Cheese
1 lb lean ground beef
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 oz packet chili seasoning
2 (15 oz) can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (12 oz) can fire roasted tomatoes
1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups water
3 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Step 1: Cook and crumble the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add the onions and cook for 5 more minutes, or until the beef is brown and the onions are softened. Drain grease, if any.

Step 2: Add the chili seasoning, kidney beans, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water to the pot. Stir everything together until well combined. Let simmer for about ten to fifteen minutes. Season as you go with salt and pepper!

Step 3: Stir in the pasta and continue cooking until the pasta is tender. (you can always add a little bit of water if it's too thick). Stir in half the cheese, then sprinkle the rest on top of each bowl. Serve hot with toppings nearby for everyone to choose from! Yum!
