GoPro: This Track is STEEP! Jackson Goldstone DH World Championships Course Preview 2025

What's up guys, welcome back to my podcast series I guess you call it, aka the course previews. We're here at World Chance, so yeah special week, everyone's got really sick bikes, really sick kits, so big up to all the sponsors for you know going all out and making this stuff really sick. We're here in Champery, 2025 Worlds, this track is absolutely legendary. You guys have already hear and everyone's sad, but super steep, we've had rain all night and this section is pretty gross, so I'm just gonna scope things out and see what's running good. Man, a little slick in places, had some rain, so yeah not expecting it to uh to dry up super quick during the day, especially with all the tire tracks that people are getting on it because Worlds has so many more people on track because a lot more countries are able to bring riders out. So yeah, super steep, super sick track and insane views. Oh my gosh, man she's slick. So yeah, this is my first run here today. I haven't uh, wow rocks are slick. Oh my goodness, I was not expecting that. Not sure what the line is here yet, but we're gonna try berms. That wasn't it. Oh yeah, a little new section here in the grass, pretty weird, little right or left hand corner there. Yeah man, this is a hard course for me because I am really trying to focus and not die here. Oh, so yeah, I've made a few little tweaks to the track and stuff, but it's pretty hard to make a lot of big differences on this track because it's so steep and there's only so many places you can actually take the track. So yeah, so usually the track ends here for the normal day-to-day riders, but for the World Cup they built this new bridge right here. And we go past some houses, down the driveway, yeah pretty funny section, a little track here and then this stuff I've actually never ridden before, so we're gonna see how it goes. Oh, we're getting yellow flagged. All good. Yeah, these corners are really steep here and the rock is absolute ice, so a lot of precision is required on this track and a lot of balls too. Oh my goodness, man it's slick. This is crazy, all those rocks is like absolutely ice, really hard to ride. Where's the line? Here we go. So yeah, anyways, really cool track, really legendary venue for everyone who's raced here before. You know exactly what Danny Hart did back in the day. And yeah, what a cool track.
