A Deliveroo driver Cuts up a car then Accuseses the Driver of Trying to Ram him. We assume this all started because the rider was splashed by the cars windscreen washers.
The Rider then Flags down a passing Police car which stops the car Driver.
The Rider then tells the police that the car tried to Ram him and the police issue a warning for Dangerous Driving.
