This is a super easy and delicious microwave cheese rose tteokbokki recipe. Instead of using a tomato and cream sauce, I used gochujang and red pepper powder like carbonara buldak style. You can adjust the spiciness to your liking. My recipe is less less spicy version so everyone can enjoy it.
