owls and capture some stunning wildlife photography. Although we didn't get to see barn owls or short eared owls, we were very lucky to have seen the UK's rarest native owl species, the long eared owl - as well as some little owls and a host of other amazing birds, mammals and even a reptile!

If you're thinking about visiting Elmley yourself, we can only say DO IT! But if you go in the Winter you are more likely to see the barn owls and particularly the SEOs!
