Easy Wonton Soup, Shanghai Style |上海馄饨汤

Shanghai Wonton Soup is easy to make at home if you already have wontons. Dried shrimp and seaweed adds depth and unique flavor to the soup. Traditionally it's made with bone soup but I substituted with chicken stock. Enjoy!
