
Cornbread Sage Stuffing Recipe | Perfect Holiday Side Dish
Welcome back! Today we’re making a Cornbread Sage Stuffing, the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving and other holiday gatherings. This homemade stuffing is packed with flavor from cornbread, sage, and fresh vegetables, making it a crowd-pleaser every time.
Ingredients:
Cornbread Mix:
2 cups yellow cornmeal mix
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2-3 tablespoons ground sage
1 cup milk
3 eggs
Stuffing:
3-5 yeast rolls, crumbled
1 1/2 onions, chopped
2-3 celery sticks, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
4-5 cups turkey stock
Instructions:
Make cornbread and crumble it with yeast rolls.
Mix with onions, celery, sage, and broth.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with your holiday meal!
