How to make chicken thighs[ASMR]
Ingredients:
• 550g chicken thighs
• 20g green onions
• 10g ginger
• 4 garlic cloves
• Some broccoli
• 1/2 carrot
• White sesame seeds (optional)
Marinate the chicken:
• Add green onions, ginger, and garlic
• 1 tbsp rice wine, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper
• Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
Blanch the veggies:
• Bring water to a boil
• Add broccoli and carrot
• Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil
• Cook until slightly tender (about 1 min)
Make the sauce:
• 1 tsp rice wine, 2 tsp light soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 2 tsp honey, 100ml water
• Stir well
Cook the teriyaki chicken:
• Heat oil over medium heat
• Place chicken skin-side down, pan-fry both sides until golden (about 10 min)
• Add the sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes
• Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
💡 Note: 1 tsp = 5ml, 1 tbsp = 15ml
