Only oats and bananas! I eat 3 times a day and lose weight! Healthy dessert in 5 minutes!

Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oats.
2 eggs.
200 ml milk.
2 bananas.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
50 g nuts.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.

Recipe 2
200 g oats.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
2 apples.
3 egg yolks.
2 tablespoons sweetener.
60 g cranberries.
3 egg whites.
A pinch of salt.
Add and mix in half.
Add and mix in the second half.
Avocado oil.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let cool completely.

Recipe 3
1 cup oats.
2 eggs.
100 g yogurt.
1 pear.
1 banana.
Olive oil.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Recipe 4
120 g oats.
2 bananas.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon instant coffee.
80 ml hot water.
100 g yogurt.
80 g mascarpone.
Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cocoa powder.
