Merville Castle, located 20 km from Toulouse in the Haute-Garonne region, is a remarkable example of 18th-century architecture and garden art, built between 1743 and 1759 by the Marquis de Chalvet Rochemonteix. It is famous for its immense 6 km boxwood maze, the largest in Europe, classified as a “Remarkable Garden”.
