The ingredients are simple and it's a delicious juice.
And since it's a juice, it's a very practical way for us to add these amazing ingredients

You're going to love it.
Let's get started on this amazing drink.
Remember, the ingredients along with their quantities and nutritional information are
listed below in the description.
The first ingredient I'm going to add here is hibiscus.
I'll start by making a tea and I'll use it as the base for our juice.
So the recipe will have two steps, both super quick.
It's an easy tea to make just by infusion.
We'll mix the hibiscus with water and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Remember that hibiscus naturally contains many antioxidants.
It's a powerful anti-inflammatory and has anthocyanins.
It's rich in vitamin C, so it helps reduce inflammation in our body.
Its vitamin C also helps naturally boost collagen production in our bodies.
It's also very good for the skin as it helps reduce spots and generally improves skin health.
Another ingredient I'm going to add to this part of the tea is chamomile.
Chamomile naturally contains azoline and epigenin, which are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory
compounds that also help maintain collagen in our bodies.
And they have healing properties, they're anti-inflammatory, so they're very good for
skin health, very good for joint health, and for collagen production in a broader sense.
So I'm going to add it here along with the hibiscus and this will also give our juice
an amazing flavor because hibiscus and chamomile are two wonderful flavors.
Tell me, do you have the habit of drinking tea?
Which tea do you think tastes the best?
I really love chamomile tea.
Do you usually drink tea in your daily life, either for its health benefits or just for
the taste, maybe as a substitute for coffee?
Which tea do you drink?
Write it for me down below.
Let's make this infusion.
I already have my water boiling here.
I'm going to add it so that everything here releases its active compounds.
I'll cover it for a few minutes while I get the other ingredients and then we'll just
finish it up.
Hold on.
So, I've already made the tea and set it aside here for you to see.
I strained it off camera so I wouldn't make too much of a mess.
Here in our tea, I'm already going to add an ingredient that's fantastic for improving
collagen, which is nothing more than neutral gelatin, colorless, flavorless, sugar-free,
with nothing added.
It's basically cooked collagen, so obviously it has many associated benefits.
Besides, it's more easily absorbed by our bodies since it's a more hydrolyzed form of
collagen.
Collagen is great for your skin, nails, joints, and hair.
Being a source of protein, it helps strengthen and improve all these areas of your body.
Another essential ingredient here is lemon juice.
I just squeezed it and I'm using it fresh to make sure it's rich in vitamin C.
We know that vitamin C is one of the nutrients most closely linked to collagen synthesis
in our bodies.
So, I'm going to add it here as well.
Now I'm also going to add sunflower seeds, which are very rich in magnesium, zinc, and
selenium, nutrients that are also related to collagen production and to the health of
our skin and joints.
An interesting detail is that sunflower seeds are super rich in vitamin E, just like walnuts,
which I'm going to add here.
We know that vitamin E plays a very important role in skin and joint health.
It's a very healthy fat.
And here we also have a wonderful fat, which is omega-3.
Walnuts are one of the few nuts that provide us with omega-3 as well, which helps with
cell health and also in collagen production.
I'm also going to add a bit of kale here, which I've already chopped to make it easier
to blend.
Kale is also very rich in vitamin C, once again, helping with all of this.
It's rich in sulforaphane, rich in iron, and is excellent for our health in general.
So it really helps a lot with collagen production and the health of your skin, hair, and joints.
Let's add our kale in then.
Remember that I have videos here on the channel talking about the benefits of all these foods,
seasonings, and teas that I've included.
If you want to know more about any of them, click down below in the description where
I'll leave these videos listed.
I'm going to add my water here, and we're going to blend it all until we get this wonderful
juice.
So let's blend it.
You saw that I added water just to increase the volume and make it a more liquid juice,
more pleasant.
And remember that I have lots of great recipes here on the channel for hair, skin, and joints,
which boost your body's collagen.
I'll leave them down below in the description for you as well.
So let's blend this up now.
So now I'm going to pour this into my glass.
You don't need to sweeten it.
If you feel it's absolutely necessary, you can add a little stevia or another non-caloric
sweetener.
Remember that sugar is one of the foods that most damages collagen, skin, and joints.
I have a video talking about this, and I'll leave that video down below in the description
for you.
As for the timing, this recipe can be part of your breakfast, your afternoon snack, or
even complement your lunch or dinner.
Tell me what time you'll be having this juice.
I'd love to see your comment.
Are you going to add stevia, or will you drink it plain?
I love reading the comments, even to get ideas for what other recipes I can bring you, depending
on your taste.
So write to me here.
Also, remember to like the video, because that really helps me out.
And share it with anyone who would enjoy it, or who needs it.
Let's expand this chain of good together.
That's what I want here on the channel.
Now let's give it a try.
It has a very pleasant flavor, slightly tart because of the lemon, but I think the chamomile
tea and hibiscus really mellow it out.
Give it a try.
I'm sure you're going to love it.
See you next time.
Bye.
