Aleksander Emelianenko (Russia) vs Jeff Monson (USA) | FIGHT, HD, 60 fps

Ladies and gentlemen, the main fight of the evening, the referee of which is Mr. Dmitriy Vujevich. And Pigrov, and all of them are so controversial. Exactly 10 years ago, the first fight took place between Aleksandr Emelianenko and Jeff Monson. Then he went by the rules of mixed martial arts. And in the second round, a suffocating blow from the north wing was won by Monson. Immediately in the ring, Emelianenko asked for a rematch. And it happened only now, but according to the rules of bare fists. We were waiting, we were waiting. Monson figured out the rules well before the start. It's not bad. Oh, how Monson hit through the hand. Of course, Aleksandr Emelianenko has a huge advantage in striking technique. But Monson also intends to show his opponent everything he can. Apparently, it seems that Monson's nose is already a little broken. Well, Aleksandr is like a rock now. He just collapsed at the beginning. And you can already see that Jeff started with a look. Yes, we haven't had an attack from Monson for a long time. Now he seems to be hitting Aleksandr on the right. But in the clinch he misses. Dmitriy Vujevich does not count the knockdown. Aleksandr works well with uppercuts, grabbing the opponent by the head. But here in the clinch, by the way, Jeff can surprise. He likes such a viscous power struggle. But he is chained by our rules, of course, it is noticeable. Oh, how Aleksandr hits Monson. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Knockdown! 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Are you ready? Fight! The first round is over. Yes, a basic fighter, the purest fighter of Jeff Monson. But in any case, a phenomenal experience in martial arts makes him dangerous everywhere. Therefore, it is impossible to exclude the hit from him. Because we saw, he started the fight very vigorously with a right hook. Fight! Round 2! Fight! Stop! Yes, yes, yes, yes! And another round! Fight! Stop! Stop! Stop! And again! Stop! So, well, in general, 1-1. Although in the first round, of course, there was a knockdown, and he will be given 10-8 by Emelianenko. But why did he take Monson? Emelianenko, what, did he rest, or what? I don't understand. Or did he do it respecting the opponent? That is, he is not tired at all. Well, maybe Monson still managed to work on the body, because of which Aleksandr slowed down. And there is a feeling that, of course, Sasha controls the situation. Yes, but some kind of ending of the round from him was completely invisible. Monson does not sit down. Here we are shown on the replay this double blow from Monson. He hit the temple area, but it would be a little lower, in the jaw. Yes, an excellent blow. Well, Emelianenko was discouraged by this. Now the third decisive round, I wonder what will happen. Well, here we understand that the audience is not ours against not ours, but here both are ours. Let's call things by their names. For many, of course, Jeff is a very nice character. Maybe, yes, Alexander is nicer, taking into account some prehistory. Sasha has his own fans too. Monson presses the rope again, but he also tries to go forward. But the exchange! Wow! How cheerful! It seems to me that not many expected from Monson such a jump from the right to the left. Monson's face is bloody, but he continues to go forward. He escapes the attack of Aleksandr. Now he barely got it with his left hand. The main thing that cannot be done by Monson. You can't stand in one place. You need to move in any case, no matter how hard it is. And, of course, attack yourself. Jeff's whole face is bloody. It interferes with the review. Now again the hook on the jump next to Aleksandr's head. Emelianenko hits from the right. It's been a long time since Sasha had a hand now. The fighters are tired, of course. And Aleksandr, it seems to me, is also somehow excessively passive, isn't he? Well, there is such a thing. I want to see... Oh, he shoots. He shoots, and moreover, he hits dangerously, but... But he does not develop success, absolutely. Maybe it's in the hand of Jeff, who will add something new to the fight. But so far Monson only retreats and does not attack at all. But, of course, in terms of qualities, in general, willpower, character, in what spirit Monson continues to stand, it's just a mystery of humanity. The last seconds of this fight, the main fight of today's tournament, Emelianenko vs. Monson Revach. It looks like Aleksandr, of course, what can you say? I think Monson lacked a little. If he had found the strength to turn on in the third round, maybe he would have turned the turn of this fight. Well, there was a feeling that Sasha was somehow protecting him, or something. Maybe she was deceiving me. But the veterans went into a real rumble worthy of your applause. Let's see what the fighters will say now. Aleksandr will certainly note that he wanted to go the full distance of this fight. Well, it is also clear to the audience. Jeff, of course, is a hero today. Look. The absolute one. How he can withstand all this. But well done. His thirst for sport, of course, is phenomenal. He also opened a new challenge for himself. Aleksandr, is there something about poetry now? Yes, for both of them it was a debut on bare fists. But in any case, the debut was successful. Because the fight turned out to be bright. Well, I suspect that Aleksandr still achieved what he wanted. Namely, he took revenge on Jeff Monson. As far as I know, Emelianenko would like to do this fully in MMA. Therefore, perhaps there will be a trilogy. Maybe this is only the second part of this historical performance. Well. Now is the moment of truth. The fighters have gone the full distance. And after a real fistfight. By unanimous decision of the judges' team. In this fight won Aleksandr Emelianenko! Congratulations! Yes, Aleksandr Emelianenko takes revenge on Jeff Monson on bare fists. We'll see. Maybe this is just the end of the next fight. In any case, it was a great fight. It was a great tournament. The first stadium tournament of Hardcore. And it's very cool that we are here today.
