In this episode, special guest Al Sylvester joins us - a fellow Sepsis survivor, who also does a lot of work for Sepsis Research Feat. We walk from Ryeford near Stroud, up Selsey Common and across Coaley Peak, finishing up at Cam Peak just outside Dursley.
