In return, Spain promises to put Switzerland in charge of their new Germany. Because of the stolen gold, SOMBRA is declared an archenemy by the world's leading economies. Although SOMBRA members are worried about the growing number of enemies, Spain is at ease and continues with its plans. Europe will soon be in their hands.
