South Korea’s Diplomacy Snubbed by North Korea

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung said on August 15 the country will restore the 2018 Comprehensive Military Agreement to de-escalate military activities at the shared border with North Korea but his diplomacy was snubbed by Pyongyang.
