North Korea: 3 Years, 30 Trips in 3 Mins, 3000 Photos

See North Korea through the eyes of someone who has been there almost 30 times over the past 3 years (2017-2020) and has taken way over 3000 photos.

It’s my birthday today! 🎉
So to celebrate I’ll share with you guys my 3 years working in North Korea.

(Warning: contains flashing images. Many. 3000 to be exact.)

It contains images from all of the provinces in North Korea bar one, some well-trodden paths as well as some extremely off the beaten path areas, many monuments and beautiful North Korea kitsch architecture, and mainly a lot of fun.

What I found super interesting going through all of these is how the different things I photographed changed... See if you can spot what I mean. By the end, it was less about monuments and more about fancy napkin decorations.


Hopefully I'll be able to return to the DPRK in 2021, but until now, I leave you with this (and maybe also a warning of flashing images.)
