House Florida, designed by Di Marco - Robles Arquitectos, is a 150 m² single-family home renovation located in Florida, Vicente López, Argentina. The project reconfigures the outdated floor plan of a traditional chalet-style house without altering its original colonial tile roof. By reorganizing public and private spaces, improving circulation, and opening the home to the outdoors—especially through a large rear window—the design creates a modern, fluid living environment. A minimalist white façade with a concealed sliding gate reflects the neighborhood's rhythm while subtly contrasting with the preserved roof, merging contemporary design with local architectural identity.
