Good morning!
Today is Saturday and I'm taking you with me for my day.
I'm going to the gym by bike.
The feeling after the sport is great.
Yes, I'm going to take a shower now.
I just took a shower and changed clothes.
And now I'm cooking my lunch.
Well, cooking.
I'm preparing it.
I'm making myself a salad.
Yes, I haven't been going to the gym for that long.
So I've been a member of the gym for about two months.
Before that, I always did other sports.
For example, sports outside like cycling or jogging.
Or courses like yoga courses, I did.
Or ball sports, so sports with a ball,
like table tennis or football, for example.
And now, for about two months, I've been going to the gym.
And I find it practical, so easy, because it's flexible.
There is no fixed schedule,
like a yoga course or a ball sport with other people.
I can go to the gym whenever I want, whenever I feel like it.
And that's practical.
Yes, so I'm preparing my salad now.
A friend of mine has her birthday today.
And she's celebrating her birthday today.
So she invited a lot of people to her house to celebrate her birthday.
And look, I'm giving the friend a voucher.
I bought this voucher from an artist.
So from an artist, a woman who makes art,
who paints and works with ceramics.
And my friend can take a painting course with this voucher
with the artist.
This is my gift for my friend.
I'm giving her a painting course voucher.
And look, here I'm doing handicrafts.
So I'm doing handicrafts with scissors and glue.
And with papers, colorful papers,
I'm making a birthday card for my friend.
Look, this is going to be the envelope.
So this is where the card comes in.
Actually quite cute, isn't it?
Now I have to write a text on the card.
I need a pen.
My card is finished.
I did a lot of handicrafts.
And now I'm going out a little bit.
I'm going to take a walk outside.
The weather is very nice today.
And I feel like going out a little bit.
Hi, I would like a flatbread.
I'm back from my little walk.
And in the bag is the flatbread.
I just bought it.
And I'm taking the flatbread to my friend's birthday.
In Germany it is quite normal
that you invite people to your birthday
and ask,
could you please bring something for everyone to eat?
I know this from other countries,
so that the person has the birthday,
cooks and prepares the food for everyone.
And I find this difference very exciting.
Of course everyone here does it differently.
Everything I say is very general.
But it is often the case that I am invited
and asked, can you bring something?
But I find that exciting.
And I bring flatbread and hummus
and a few dips for the flatbread.
I'm going to change now.
The bag is crackling.
But I'm going to change now
and then I'm going to go to my birthday.
I'm going to go to my birthday now
and I wanted to ask you
how it is for you on birthdays.
Is it more like the person who has the birthday
prepares the food for the people who come?
Or are it the people who come
who bring the food?
Or both?
Feel free to tell me in the comments.
I think that's very exciting
and I'm looking forward to reading the comments.
And I don't know yet
if I'm going to film a little on my birthday.
Let's see.
That's why I'm saying goodbye now.
So bye!
