Lookin' for Lakes in ALL the Wrong Places: Dual Sport Exploring the Mt. Washington Wilderness

Part 2 of our 3 Suzuki DRZ400s dual sport adventure led us to some amazing dual sport exploring in the area around Mt. Washington in the Mt. Washington Wilderness. Following some sandy, rocky roads East of Big Lake, we discovered several small mountain lakes just hidden back in the area decimated by an Oregon wildfire about a decade ago. We spent quite a bit of time exploring on the 3 DRZ dual sports we were riding, searching in vain (at first) for Meadow Lake hidden back in the backcountry. Fortunately, even when you're lost, motorcycle exploring is always and awesome time with awesome friends, and we were eventually able to follow a rough, semi-abandoned sandy road to an amazing motorcycle camping campsite on Meadow lake!
