ROUTE 66 CALIFORNIA | Best Roadside Attractions 🇺🇲

We are doing the full Route 66 Roadtrip in our RV. In this series we are doing the most iconic roadtrip of all, Route 66. Also known as America's Main or Mother Road. We are travelling in our British RV. We will start our Route 66 Roadtrip on Santa Monica Pier and head to Chicago. We will stop on the way at a variety of Boondocking locations and campgrounds. The 2500 mile roadtrip will be our most historic, quirky and famous one yet in our motorhome. We will visit the quirky, comical roadside attractions along Route 66 and do some side excursions too. We are mid life travellers who are driving in our British motorhome across America. You can expect to see the unusual sights and our funny interactions. In this episode we travel from LA to Barstow and visit Marilyn Monroe's Crypt, The Getty Villa, Elmer's Bottle Tree Ranch and we stay overnight in a Drive-in Movie Theater.
