Making Use of Every Part of the Lotus: Flowers, Leaves, and Roots

Ii's yet another lotus season.
I found some lotus flowers, leaves, sprouts, and roots,
and prepared several summer dishes with them.
Make the remaining lotus roots into starch, to serve with sweet osmanthus and nuts,
a desert special for my grandma!
Sip from a cup of lotus tea, and sigh about the transience of summer.
