Shelling on Sanibel Island. Lighthouse Beach had so many jellyfish!

Shelling on Sanibel Island is never disappointing. I’ve tried Lighthouse Beach quite a few times and I’m giving it another try. I brought my snorkel mask, my shell bag and a good attitude, because you never know what you're going to find.

Shelling on Sanibel Island is really special place to look for shells. Sanibel Island is not over developed, so you really feel like you're going to a tropical destination, and the shells there are usually pretty great.

Winter will be here soon and I can't wait! I'm not looking forward to the crowds, but I sure am looking forward to the shells!
