Okay, so eventually we will get out from the ferry first. Finally, after more than 10 days and more than 4 000 kilometers, I reach the asphalt road again. This will be my room and here I park the motorcycle and before that I wash it. Now it's clean, not perfectly clean but at least all the mud is already gone. My saddlebag now is clean so every time when I touch it I'm not gonna become dusty as before. See the truck over there, fell down and left. Beautiful place. Exactly 12 hours, 12 hours of riding. 600 kilometers, here we go. It was a long day. This is the hotel, the same hotel but now we park from this side. It is so nice to take a shower. 600 kilometers, 12 hours, long day. But it was necessary because, as I said before, there is nothing between these two towns. The only thing that there is, is the coffee that we ate. Soup on the lunch and there is no option to sleep over there. That's why these 600 kilometers were necessary. Anyway, the room is good, three beds actually and here there is a kitchen. So I can prepare my eggs now. I'll go to the supermarket, buy some eggs, some salad and bread, prepare my dinner and eat. Good morning, the last day on these dusty roads. It is 4.30 in the morning, 11 degrees. The reason we start so early is because the first ferry is at six o'clock to cross the Aldan river and we don't know what will be the next. And we would like to start here as early as possible to have enough time to reach Yakutsk. And the travel time from here to the ferry is like one hour. That's why we have to be there on time. As I said, this will be the last day on the dusty roads. The first thing that I'm gonna do after I reach Nizhny Bestiakh, this is the village on the other side of the river next to Yakutsk. The first thing that I'm gonna do is to wash the bike. I want to remove all of this dust and eventually keep it clean for the rest of the trip because now everything I touch go into my clothes and make me dirty all the time. And now the road just us. With the traffic here it's not pleasure at all. The distance is only 45 kilometers but as I said one hour just to get there. This is not a difficult part to ride in any way but it is pointless to go fast because we'll be there too early and also I'll put a lot of stress on the tires and suspension which is again pointless. Huge fog. It's been a while probably this was a village. Now it's abandoned. Yakutsk 376 kilometers. All right 5 30 a little bit early but better early than late. Okay so eventually we will get out from the ferry first. We will let only the cars go and we'll avoid all the trucks because it will be I don't know hours of dust after them. Let's see where how close we can get to the to the front part to be able to get out first. Okay finally we took off one hour and 30 minutes later instead of six o'clock now it's 7 30. But anyway at least we are moving now and I hope we'll be there on time. Now because we're moving with the current even though it looks like we're not we are moving with the current it's supposed to be like 30 minutes but on the way up to there was like one hour and 30 minutes so should be faster now. We arrived 30 minutes later yes it was fast. Good work and of course a lot of dust. We thought that we'll be able to go fast and run before everyone but no the cars already make a lot of dust and now the trucks after them so we're gonna stop here in this coffee wait for 20 minutes or 30 minutes and then go after them. Oh man let's try it now until all of these trucks are here and most of the cars are gone. Let's see how it's going to be now. Yeah I remember from the last time there will be many sections with deep sand here I remember it. The trucks and the dust are not going anywhere just haven't seen them yet. All right he learned it already good. Finally after more than 10 days and more than 4 000 kilometers I reached the asphalt road again. So far it's only bad asphalt with potholes but asphalt. Civilization starts from here. After I spent so many days on the dirt roads with 50-60 kilometers per hour now I'm riding with 90 and I feel it like very very fast. But I guess I'm gonna used to it after a day or two. Yakutian horses everywhere. Final point for today. Let me see if I can find hotel. As usual I'm very lucky. I was going very slowly on this street over there. First I washed the bike I'm gonna show you now. And then I stopped here on this street just to see how clean the bike is. To lube the chain and stuff like that. And I saw this hostel. Hostel Nizhny Bestiakh. This will be my room and here I parked the motorcycle. And before that I washed it. Now it's clean. Not perfectly clean but at least all the mud is already gone. My saddlebag now is clean so every time when I touch it I'm not gonna became dusty as before. Anyway the deal is very good. Thousand rubles which is 10 euros. Let me show you around. It has a kitchen. And I just bought product from the supermarket. So I'm gonna prepare the food for the dinner. Here was the toilet, shower. All the necessary stuff. The other side is my bed. It's a hostel so there are other people. Here goes my bed and here goes the motorcycle. This is more than enough. I'm gonna relax now. First I'm gonna eat something then relax and tomorrow morning continue. 10 to 6. I wanted to sleep a little bit longer but I couldn't. Five o'clock I was awake. So I don't have more than 500 kilometers today but I'm gonna start anyway. We'll see how long it is going to be. 10 degrees at the moment. And of course early morning Yakutian horses. Stop on the road and here everything is so well that I decided to record it. This place is so clean, so organized. You have the tea, you have the glasses, you have the bread, all forks, spoons, everything. It's clean, toilet, wash your hands, nice. And now we're gonna have breakfast and these eggs, four eggs with bread and tea will cost me 2 euros. And Pavel will have pancakes and coffee. Just wonderful place. And they also have houses so you can spend the night here if you like. Wonderful. Man, this was just a wonderful place. And these are the houses where you can spend the night. If I would, if I knew that in advance I wouldn't stay in that hostel that I stayed. I would come, I would come here. But yeah. Anyway, let's continue. Pavel will continue to Irkutsk today. He will ride like a thousand kilometers per day. I will stop on 500. I don't want to ride that much. Anyway, it was nice to have a company for a few days. But let's go back on the road. I'm riding in this interesting fog from already like 30 minutes. I completely forgot how endless these straight roads were. A little bit construction works just to wake me up. From already hundreds of kilometers I've got this that I thought it's a fog but it's some kind of smoke. I can feel a little bit the smell but from what I don't know really. I have to ask. I just spoke with Pavel and he told me that every year a lot of forest fires take place here. And because the distances are so big the only way to stop the fire is by planes. And now probably somewhere here around hundreds or maybe thousands of square meters of forest are burning. This section here I don't know how many kilometers probably around 10. Everything was dirt road, was gravel road with a lot of potholes when I was coming this way. And now it's perfect asphalt. Man it's no more than 20 days it's already done. Perfect. My chain is very loose now so I'm gonna tighten it a little bit. 1.30 in the afternoon 28 degrees. Aldan 46 kilometers. All right in Aldan I'll stay. Pavel, that's it. Goodbye. Now I'll go to the main road again and will ride until I see hotel. It is good to have some plans but what will actually happen is always different. Anyway after I gave up this idea to find a hotel in Aldan. Because I was not able everything was booked. I went again to the main road and after no more than 10 minutes. Boom! I got this hotel next to the road. Not so pretty. The price is 20 euros. Not cheap, not cheap. I was hoping to find something for 10 euros, maybe 15 euros. And this was actually 30 euros. But after I explained the man that I'm gonna wake up and go very early in the morning. Six o'clock. I am alone and he decided to give me the room for 20 euros. It was 30 euros because it is double room. Anyway I'm gonna show you everything. Now I have a motorcycle parked safe in the yard. On the opposite side it's a cafe so I can go and have a dinner. Also supermarket can buy some stuff, water and stuff that I needed for tomorrow. And I think that it's a good result. Let me show you the room. It's a double room. Two beds. Of course I already make the one. And this one is just the usual mess. I already took a shower which is good. The place actually is not that bad. This is the toilet, sink, shower, everything on the floor. And very important is that my motorcycle is safely parked here. In the yard. And on the opposite side it's an unlocking system. This is the main road actually. The road that I'm gonna take tomorrow. And the opposite side I can eat and also supermarket. So perfect. What I'm gonna do now is just relax. Maybe two hours then go to eat, buy some products and tomorrow we'll continue. Four o'clock in 15 minutes. This is what is happening when you went to sleep at nine o'clock in the evening. Now I'm gonna pack and go. It is already light enough. So the breakfast will be chocolate and water. I'm not hungry anyway. Later on the road I'm gonna have a nice breakfast. All right. At least it is not cold. How many degrees? 17. Which means it will be hot today. Only 25-26 later. Good. I think I had enough cold days on this trip. All right. Man this is a road in Siberia. Far far away from the civilization. From the European part of Russia. I would say eight to nine thousand kilometers east and see the quality. Keep in mind that eight months in the year maybe more. Here everything is frozen. Unbelievable. I even have some turns and views around me. Now drops to nine degrees. I feel the cold because I did not have my thermal underlayer. But anyway it will be all right after a few kilometers. I always enjoy this moment when I go over these hills and valleys. I go to the hills and it became like 10 degrees. Then in the valley 16 degrees. Then I go up it's 12 degrees. Then go down is 17. It's so so noticeable. I told you that I always got some kind of reward. Now this sunrise is my reward. 10 degrees. 8.
