If you could give a your younger self
some advice, what would you what would
you give your the 21-year-old Aussie?
What advice would you give you?
>> Don't do drugs.
>> Jack Osborne, the son of legendary
rocker Aussie Osborne and media icon
Sharon Osborne, has long carved out his
own place in Hollywood, both on and
offcreen. While he grew up in the chaos
of the Osborne mansion that once
entertained millions on MTV, Jack's real
estate journey as an adult has been far
more understated, private, and
practical. Today, we're breaking down
everything we know about where Jack
Osborne lives, the details of his
current and former homes, how much he's
spent, and how his family life has
influenced his real estate decisions.
Welcome to Famous Entertainment, and
this is your Jack Osborne House tour.
Let's start with Jack's current
residence. Guys, I have an important
announcement about this channel. There
is someone trying to take this channel,
Famous Entertainment, Down and have
everything that I've worked so hard on
deleted. Click the link in the top
comment and I'll explain everything at
the end of this video. So, please stay
tuned. As of 2024, Jack Osborne lives in
the quiet and scenic suburb of Studio
City, Los Angeles. He purchased this
charming home back in 2020 for $3.2
million. Nestled in the hills, this
4,000q foot traditional style home
offers both comfort and privacy. It
features five bedrooms, five bathrooms,
a gourmet kitchen, a cozy media room,
and an expansive backyard perfect for
entertaining. What stands out the most
is how family oriented this home is.
Jack shares the space with his wife Ari
Gearhart and their children, including
his daughters from a previous marriage.
This home was clearly chosen with
stability and growth in mind. As Jack
transitioned into the next phase of
fatherhood, the property itself is gated
and located on a quiet culde-sac,
offering plenty of privacy away from
prying eyes and paparazzi. The backyard
is outfitted with a large pool, spa,
barbecue area, and even a custom jungle
gym for the kids. Inside, the home has a
mix of contemporary and classic design.
Think wide plank oak flooring, crown
molding, and white shaker cabinetry. The
open concept living room flows
seamlessly into the kitchen which
features a marble island and high-end
stainless steel appliances. It's a
perfect setup for someone like Jack who
balances work, parenting, and wellness.
Now, let's rewind a bit. Before settling
in Studio City, Jack Osborne lived in
another home in Los Angeles. This
property was a Mediterranean style villa
that he purchased in 2014 for $2.8
million. The home featured four
bedrooms, four bathrooms, and had a bit
more of a rockstar flare. Think bold
colors, unique artwork, and dramatic
light fixtures. This house served him
during a more transitional period in his
life, including the end of his first
marriage and the beginnings of
co-parenting. In 2021, Jack sold that
Lasfelise home for a little over $3.5
million, giving him a nice profit and
enough of a cushion to upgrade to the
more family focused space he now
occupies in Studio City. What's notable
about this move is how it reflects
Jack's evolution. He's no longer the
wild child from MTV's The Osbors. He's a
businessman, a producer, and most
importantly, a dedicated father. In
terms of design, Jack's homes tend to
reflect his personality, grounded, but
stylish, functional yet warm. He's
openly discussed his struggles with
addiction and how creating a healthy
environment is now one of his top
priorities. That's clear in the layout
of his current home with a private
office for working on his production
projects, a yoga room for wellness, and
designated play areas for the kids. Jack
is also a bit of a real estate investor
on the side. Over the years, he's
dabbled in a few flip projects across
LA, though nothing too high-profile. He
reportedly prefers to stay out of the
ultra luxury market that his parents are
often associated with. That said, Jack
has access to generational wealth. He
doesn't flaunt it, but it's clear that
his choices are intentional. So, what's
next for Jack Osborne in the real estate
world? He's hinted at potentially moving
north toward Ventura County for more
space and tranquility. But for now,
Studio City seems like the perfect fit.
It offers proximity to the entertainment
industry while also providing the kind
of neighborhood that supports his
growing family. From reality TV royalty
to a quiet family man in the hills, Jack
Osborne's real estate journey shows us
just how far he's come. What do you
think of his studio city digs? Would you
want to live next door to the Osbor? Hey
everyone, first of all, I want to say a
huge thank you to my 500,000
subscribers. I absolutely love you all,
and your support over the years has
meant everything to me. It's kept me
going through the loss of Shirou, the
economy crashing, and lots of other ups
and downs. Now, I have a little favor to
ask. I've created a backup channel for
Famous Entertainment. So, that's going
to be linked in the top comment and the
description box, and this is where I'll
be continuing to bring you the celebrity
real estate videos you know and love.
But this time, I'm going to be bringing
you into my world with personal content.
I live in a historic house and I love
doing home rens. Well, at least I've
been learning the last year. I have
three dogs. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, there's trips to
the hairdresser sometimes. I also have
three amazing rescue dogs. I've fostered
dogs before. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, maybe I'll even
someday have a big wedding that Michael
promised me. Anyways, I've been posting
this stuff for years on Instagram. But
with me having to start all over again,
I'm going to try to merge my personal
content with the content that you come
to watch here, mainly house tours.
Regardless, if you love this channel or
have watched it over the years, I need
your support to get the new channel
going. So, please, if you enjoyed the
content that I've created, hit that
subscribe button for the new channel in
the description box and comments and
check out some of the new videos. It's
super important for me to keep our
amazing community together. And in case
anything happens to the main channel,
this is where you're always going to be
able to find me. We've recently had some
hiccups that have affected both life and
business. So, there is someone trying to
take this channel down, like I mentioned
before, and I've honestly put so much
work into famous entertainment over the
years. I want to keep my passion for
creating content alive and not let the
drama or bullies bring me down or affect
my ability to work. So, we're starting
fresh, keeping it real, and I promise
you're going to love what's coming next.
So, let's make this backup channel
something incredible together. Subscribe
now and join me on this exciting new
journey. I can't wait to see you there.
Hey everyone, it's Cara, or Cara the
Vampire Slayer as you might know me. And
given my love for all things house and
home, I recently wanted to get more
hands-on myself. And I started tackling
DIY projects at my own house. Being a
new homeowner, there are plenty of
unexpected things to fix. And it's cool
to learn what you're doing and hopefully
be able to fix it yourself. There are
also plenty of DIY projects suitable for
beginners like me to do and ones that
improve the look of your space
drastically. Follow me and I'll teach
you what I'm learning and motivate you
to join me. You can DIY on a budget even
if you're a total beginner. Follow me on
Fix It with Cara and we can chat.
