Agedashi Tofu is a dish of deep-fried tofu in a savory dashi-based sauce, and it's a perfect combination of a crispy exterior and a silky, melting interior. In this video, I will show you how to make it easily at home with just a small amount of oil, without the need to drain the tofu. Please give it a try!

◎Ingredients (1 Serving)
・Tofu: 200g
・Oil: 3-4 tablespoons
・Potato Starch: 100g
・Shishito Peppers: 3
・Water: 100ml
・Dashi Powder: 1g
・Mirin: 1.5 tablespoons
・Soy Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons
・Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon

◎Topping
・Grated Daikon Radish
・Grated Ginger
・Sliced Chives

※Dashi powder can be omitted by substituting water with dashi. Please watch this video to learn how to make dashi.
