Team Raar, what a journey it has been.
Thinking back to the very beginning to
where we are today. So much has changed.
There are so many questions. People have
changed. Things have changed. You guys
have changed. And today we are going to
be talking about everything and leaving
nothing on the table. The journey of
team is nothing short of amazing. We've
had an incredible run with incredible
people, but today things are a little
bit different. They are not at all how
things once were. The videos are
different. The team dynamic has
dissolved away and I've yet to make a
video to address any of this kind of
stuff. I just keep moving forward with
our lives. But today is the day where I
want to take the time and take this
video to link up with every single
member of team Raar. See what's up.
Where are they now? And what is going
on? Do we still talk? Are we still
friends? Are we fighting? Like what is
happening? You guys have so many
different questions and I want to get
them answered and talk about it because
a lot has changed. Team Roar was one of
the most dominant creator groups of all
time and being early into the game.
Starting in about 2018, we really paved
the landscape for pretty much all of
social media the way you see it today.
Back then, creator groups weren't really
a thing and people didn't know how to do
them. And the ones that did exist, like
Team 10 and others, only lasted for a
very short duration. But team Roar had
longevity. We created content that
lasted the test of time. You guys grew
up watching us. We had major lasting
impacts with our audience, the platform
of YouTube, and future creators. But I'm
sure a lot of you guys already noticed a
couple years ago, Team Raar started to
change forever. There's a lot of
questions, a lot of answers that you
guys want. And I think maybe the best
way to do this is just to go over there.
So today I'm going to be going to each
and every member of Team Raar, going to
their house, checking in with them, and
I want to show you guys what they're up
to, what our current relationship status
is. So let's hop in the car and let's
start because house number one is my
ex-girlfriend Liz.
It's been a long time, like 3 years.
I can hear her coming.
I hope this is the right address.
Brian,
yo, what's up?
What are you doing here?
What? You're at my house? What do you
mean? Am I doing here?
What the heck?
Seriously, what are you doing here?
I'm I'm at home. What do you mean?
This is This is my house.
You live with her?
My girlfriend? My girlfriend of 5 years.
What? Dude, this is
Dude, don't do that. Stop.
What are you talking about? I need to
put the wrong address in. No, that's
what you get.
You thought you were going for No,
this is my I promise you Liz is not
here.
She doesn't live here.
No, you can come look if you want.
Okay. I thought this place looked
different.
Just take your shoes off.
Yo, this is sick.
Hey, it's it is such a disaster, right?
You bought a house.
Mhm.
I did. I bought this house. It's really
dark here.
Guys, it turns out stop number one on
today's journey was actually my good
friend Ryan Prunty. Ryan gave me a tour
of his new house. He's got a guest room,
a garage, three and a half bathrooms,
three floors, and he even has this.
This is the puppy.
Oh, wow.
This is Mila. Hi.
She is so cute.
Oh my goodness.
She's very sweet. Oh, don't fall in your
bowl.
So, you're a puppy daddy now.
Yeah, she's pretty cute. She's pooping
on everything, which is not great. I
haven't slept in days.
But yeah, we got this dog and she's very
sweet. I'm going to put her back in.
She'll probably start screaming and
crying.
So, get ready for that. And then office
slash puppy room right now. So, it's
pretty good. It's not bad. This is
literally the cheapest house that was
available in the area, too.
I think this house is I think it's
great.
Thanks.
Truly amazing.
I appreciate it, man. Thanks. You know,
YouTube, man.
This isn't It's not really like a
YouTuber house.
No, I'm glad you finally got to come and
visit, though.
It's been a long time, Ryan. This is
your second house. You're selling your
first. You're going on to more
investments.
Mhm. So, where are you at in life? You
know, people aren't seeing you on the
YouTube videos much anymore. Like, what
what's going on?
I feel like I haven't seen you in like
three months.
I saw you yesterday.
No, you can't.
I saw you yesterday, but before that,
it's been months.
Yeah, it's been months. It's been
months.
So, life's pretty good. Moved in with my
girlfriend. That was a really big thing.
That was in October of last year. So,
it's been like seven, eight months now.
So, you have a girlfriend?
Yeah. 5 years. 5 years on Saturday. I
don't really post YouTube videos
anymore. I kind of like use my old
videos and then repost them. But what
I've been working on is like a
consulting company and a strategy
company for YouTubers and for brands.
Okay, Mr. Businessman.
Yeah. Called Social Carry if we care.
You can you can bleep that if you want.
I'm not trying to shamelessly plug
myself.
What a plug. Good old PMR update video.
Okay.
But the the business is doing well. Like
it's honestly going really well. We're
only like four or five months in and
it's on the verge of doing what my
YouTube channel was doing. On the verge.
Not there yet.
Wow.
For revenue.
So you're successful.
I hope so. I think I'm successful,
right?
Okay. And if you guys don't know, Ryan's
first ever project was the Share the
Love music video.
Oh, yeah.
It's gone platinum. It's got over 150
million views. It's probably a song
almost every single one of you have
heard, probably like over 1000 times.
Oh, yeah. A lot of people wouldn't know
that I did that, but that's like how I
got involved working with Carter.
Yeah. You came in with you and Zach, and
you guys were the director and producer
of all the video part of the song.
Yeah. And we helped put it together,
right? We just you guys decided to give
us the opportunity to be part of the
team for that project and then it worked
out really well. There's a really
embarrassing shot. I am in the video for
like one frame at the very beginning
with I think Hunter is next to me right
now.
Yeah. At the front door of the house.
Yeah. We'll show it right now.
So embarrassing, dude.
You look so young in that.
I'm so skinny, dude. I'm still skinny,
but I'm like a twig in the
You look like a boy.
I have a boy. I have that shirt still.
The silverback.
There's a lot of questions that I see in
the comments all over day after day,
video after video that we just got to
find the answer to. And only you can
answer.
Oh no.
Question number one.
Oh no.
I see this everywhere.
Yeah.
What is the answer to that?
That's not That's not a question. That's
just a roast.
I don't like Ryan.
Also, the brutal part of that is I
probably haven't even been in a video in
a minute. So that's just out of nowhere.
That's just a shot in the dark for no
reason.
Okay. Question one. A lot of people are
curious. Ryan,
you know, where do you stand with the
other members of Team Roar? I don't talk
to either of them that often to be
honest with you. I saw Stove for the
first time in months yesterday also
actually because he found out that I got
a puppy and he came over 2 minutes like
literally came over 2 minutes later.
Wow.
Yeah. Stove and I live very close to
each other but we still don't see each
other all the time or talk all the time.
Mhm. Everyone also is super curious
where is your relationship with Liz and
where has that been and gone and what
does that look like in real life behind
the scenes? Where's yours?
Well, I asked you first.
Um, Liz and I have not talked in months
to be honest with you. Uh, I wish Liz
nothing but the best. I hope I honestly
do hope that at some point in life, me
and her can reconnect and like catch up.
I think that both of us near the end of
our YouTube careers. I know she's still
posting, I've seen, but I don't really
know what her relationship is with
YouTube now. At one point, she moved on
from YouTube to pursue something else
that was not in line with what I was
doing. And then I personally had a
negative relationship with YouTube. And
because both of us kind of just went
into these different pathways, we just
don't really keep in touch very much.
I don't know if she lives near I don't
think she even lives around here
anymore.
Um, but again, I I wish her nothing but
the best. Liz is a very very amazing
person and has done very lovely things
for me in my life and has been so kind
and we have a bunch of really cool
memories together. So to me it felt more
like a natural drift apart if that makes
sense as opposed to like a
confrontational end if that makes sense.
I don't know.
Yeah, totally. Growing apart.
Yeah. And like again I I wish her
nothing but the best. I should probably
reach at some point I should probably
reach out to her and see how she's
doing. I have not done that to be honest
with you. Um, I don't know. I hope she's
good, you know. Okay, but what about
you? What's your relationship with Liz
look like? How are you guys?
Well, there is a lot of thoughts that I
want to say and things that I haven't
talked about ever since the breakup.
Sure.
But, uh, I think I should probably go
check in on Stow first and then I will
let everybody know.
I want to say one more thing. So, I know
people are commenting asking about
what's going on between Carter and Liz
all the time. I literally don't know. I
don't know. And I see Carter very often.
So, if he tells you that's the first
time you're hearing about this, that's
an exclusive
because I don't know.
Well, I guess it you'll see this video
that you're in and then you will know.
But uh
yeah.
Yeah. Give me a minute. I want to go
talk to uh Stove before we get into
anything crazy. I think I got the
address right. We're pulling up to the
address stove just texted me. Says it's
right here. I think we might be in the
wrong spot. This does not look like his
house. All right. Well, here we are at
202.
This does not look like a house.
It doesn't look like anyone's Oh,
stove.
Oh my goodness.
What's up, man? How you doing?
I'm good.
Stove, it's been a while. The audience
hasn't seen you. I personally haven't
seen you in a while. And now you're
standing out. What's What is this? A
business? Are you a business owner?
I am now a business owner. I've been in
business for like 6 months now. I am a a
kuman instructor as you guys can see.
I have my own center. I have my own
students. It's
It's insane.
I can't believe that. That is insane.
YouTuber to business owner. Well, let's
go inside and check it out.
It's you know, first off, here's a sign.
Here's Kuman. And oh, hold on a second.
Oh, don't tell me we're locked out.
Are you actually No. No.
All right.
You scared about that. We're locked out.
We just ruined his day. Yo, it's been a
while. What's up, guys? It's Stove here.
I am a new business owner. Come check
out my new center. I've been seeing all
these comments like these, and you guys
are wondering where I've been. Well,
you're about to find out. So, I started
this Kuman journey about a year ago. It
all started with a passion of teaching
and teaching math and reading. I get to
teach math and help my community. So, I
took the leap and started training a
year ago. Started to look for a space
for the center and the ball just, you
know, started rolling from there. I
can't believe you have a business you're
running.
So, when parents first walk in, just the
parent waiting room, you know, they can
see graphs. You got my degrees, you
know. Of course, I have the YouTube play
button there.
One nil, baby.
One nil. And then look at this. Official
Steven Cho Kuman math and reading
instructor.
Yeah. If you guys didn't know a stove's
real name.
So you guys might be wondering what is
Kumant? Kumant is an afterchool learning
program that basically helps you be a
good self-arner and think independently.
Take We got to get the tour of this
place though. This is crazy.
So you know I'll have to send you some
pictures. But basically this whole part
was closed off. It was like two rooms.
It wasn't open like this. I actually
made these rooms. I got to say it was it
was stressful.
What's going on with those pushs? So, I
have a a point system.
You winows.
Yeah. No way.
You get squishallows. You get, you know,
you have Hot Wheels under here. So, let
me show you some of the Hot Wheels. And
then I also, you know, give give out
V-Bucks. Um, Robux.
What?
So, like you know, you know what they
whatever they like. Have you ever heard
of uh Le Boooo?
You got those?
Yeah.
You have one here?
Oh, not here. Not here. I have one in my
car actually.
Really? I got it.
You guys see it?
Yeah. We got out in the back. Out in the
back. I had the three.
Hold up.
This is the new one.
Yo, that is sick. Stove with the new
whip.
The new whip.
I don't know if you guys know about
labubas, but they're like super rare,
hype, hard to get. And so is always on
the forefront of his hype stuff. So,
leave it to him to have like a whole
collection.
This is one I have. I I This is one I
carry in the
bucket. Yo, this looks like your merch.
Oh, also, I don't know if you noticed.
I know. What the? You know, you
customized it, too.
Snow's merch.
I still I still rock it. It's quality
stuff.
Yo, this is cool.
Yeah, but you know the LV outfit on it.
Got to make a little hype.
You made that or it came like that?
I bought it. Uh, it's just with no
outfit. So, I'll also show you like this
is the family I got of L Boooos I got at
home.
Oh, that's
Supreme Balenciaga. Fear of God. Yeah, I
got more. So, I I'll give do an update
picture.
Don't sleep on these hype beast laboo.
The lab boooos. One thing you guys
probably didn't know about me through
all the crazy videos and all the cooking
I was doing is I love math. I grew up
loving math. I was really good at it in
elementary, middle school, all the way
through grad school where I actually
started teaching college students. You
think you can uh remember this?
Yeah. Give me a problem. Let's see if I
can solve it.
So, we're trying to get roots for x^2 -
2x - 8= 0. It's going to be a two on one
of these. I think so. Then it's Oh,
wait. No, hang on. That's wrong. I got
pressure. I need to focus. Hang on.
And if you guys are interested in
learning math from the absolute best
person in the world to teach it, Stove
himself, you guys can actually come here
to his business location, learn math
from Stove. You just have to be here in
Wake Forest, North Carolina. And
literally, you can sign up and sit with
Stove just like me and teach math
right now today.
All right, Stove. It's time for the
juicy stuff. We got to talk. We have
questions that the audience wants to
answer. So, it's been a while. Team
Roar, we used to live together, hang out
together. We used to do everything
together. Hundreds of millions of views,
viral videos for years and years and
years,
and the videos just aren't the same
anymore. The team isn't really together.
And, you know, the audience just kind of
wants to know like behind the scenes,
like what is life like? Like, are we
friends? Like, do we still hang out?
I don't, you know, we're not friends at
all. I don't like No, I'm just kidding.
I you know people see these YouTube
videos and um they think that's that's
our life that's the only thing in our
life you know it's like oh all they do
is do last leave they just live in the
swimming pool they live in the gaming
room
literally but outside of that you know
we're also human beings we also have our
you know social life we have you know
relationship relationships outside of
YouTube past like four years of doing
YouTube with you was the greatest time
is like you guys know all the fun videos
we did all fit into your milestone. I
know all all the you know all this
craziness was it was a good time but at
the same time as we got older I kind of
realized you know I wanted to kind of do
something else have um another business
and you know that's that's how I think
life goes as you grow you change you
don't stay st stagnant and I think if
you stay in one place that's also not a
you know a good sign of growth
there's other aspects to the team and
there is some real life tension so you
know if you're not comfortable talking
about this. You don't have to.
Oh boy, here comes the juicy stuff.
I think you might know where this is
angling because the audience just wants
to know, you know, what's your
relationship look like with Liz and
Ryan? Do you talk to either of them?
Oh boy. I don't know if I'm comfortable
with the answer. No. Um, with Ryan, I
actually um I keep up with Ryan
actually. Um, you know, I'll talk with
him. He's also a busy guy, so he has his
own thing. And
um I talked with him like you know
recently and I will say one thing guys
as you guys get older it's harder to
catch up with friends just because at
the end of the day it's like sometimes I
don't have for me the social battery to
be like okay let me just I got to chill
out tonight um just watch some TV or
something. So um with Ryan though back
to your question yeah I do I I'll catch
up with him once in a while. the next
person, Liz.
I mean, I'll be honest, you know, I'll
be real. I I haven't talked to her in I
don't even know how long. It's been
well over a year. Um,
like since the breakup pretty much or
basically, yeah,
let's be real. The the venture she first
when she first split wasn't the best for
any of us in terms of the brand. I mean,
you guys you guys know what I'm talking
about. Um, and
to be brutally honest, I just didn't
align with our kind of, you know, values
and what we represented. And that kind
of, I think, um, hit all of us like a
brick wall, like out of nowhere. On top
of that, I will say I um I don't really
keep up with like friends that are girls
in general anyways, just because I do
have a girlfriend and
and when I'm in a relationship um to
respect my partner, I um I don't really
talk with other females or keep keep up
with other females cuz out of you know
that's just me personally. Obviously,
everyone has their own values and views.
That is the truth about I guess uh me
and Ryan and I feel like the boys are
you know areid are you know there's
nothing really there but with with Liz
to be honest I haven't um I haven't
talked to her I haven't really reached
out um but at the end of the day I'm
also kind of watching out for myself my
relationship and also my business and
what I got to do and
yo what is that
oh what time is it oh class is about to
start actually
you're open for business
you guys got to get out of here
we're going to stuck to that. We don't
get out.
I'll let you guys want to do worksheets,
but the squish is back. Let's go.
First student's here.
All right. Stove is literally about to
lock in. Do the teaching. This is going
to be filled with classmates and people
learn. It's amazing. Stove.
Okay. First student. Yep.
All right, man. It's incredible to see
you. I'm so proud of everything you've
done.
Hey, it was good seeing you, too. Um I
mean, you do need to brush up on some
maths, so math, though.
Yeah, I'll let you know. I'll let you
know. You know, math, reading, whatever.
But, uh for now, I got
Get out of here, though. All right,
we got to keep moving. All right, see us
though.
All right, so we just met with the boys
and now it is to get back to where we
started. We got to talk about my
exgirlfriend
Lizzie Capri.
Oh boy.
Let's get into it. Liz and I met for the
very first time in 2012. It was our
freshman year in college. Over the time,
we grew a little bit closer and started
to date. A few years later, we graduated
college and about a year after that,
that is when YouTube came into my life.
Once YouTube started, that's when you
guys started to see a glimpse into what
my day-to-day looks like. And at the
time, it was high energy. It was
animated. We were having a blast. And
that's where I want to like chime in and
share a personal perspective. What you
guys saw through the lens wasn't the
full picture of everything. Not
everything was doing back flips,
breathing underwater, hanging out with
lions, and driving lambos. That was just
the fun stuff that we had the camera on
for. Behind the scenes, there was an
entire life. And I was in my young 20s,
and dating alone was hard enough, let
alone putting a camera on it for
hundreds of millions of people to see.
That just added so much pressure. The
lifestyle of being a famous YouTuber
quite literally consumed my entire life.
In a lot of ways, I felt trapped in a
relationship I wasn't sure was right for
me or not. But I didn't have any time to
figure that out. And so, I suppressed my
thoughts, suppressed my feelings, and
told myself, I'll figure it out next
year and another year and another year.
And it just went on and on and on. As
you can imagine, that's not healthy.
It's not fun. And it did take a toll and
change my behaviors. It changed my
attitude. I started to act a little bit
differently. Some of these behaviors got
caught on camera. And I think back to
the last leave the school bus video.
This was a huge moment that I didn't
even understand was happening at the
time because it was so natural. I was on
the roof of the school bus. Liz was
trying to get me eliminated. She reached
up and pulled my leg and almost slid me
off the roof.
Liz, that's not funny. I'm literally
going to fall. You have no idea. like
land all the way down there.
Just off. Go back in the bus. I'm
honestly going to break up with Liz on
this video probably.
Literally like she is unbelievable. She
like tried to pull me off the bus, which
is so dangerous. Like I'm so upset with
her. I've never been this mad.
I got terrified for a second cuz I
almost flipped over and fell off a
school bus 10 ft tall and thought I was
going to get hurt. Anytime I'm filming a
video, I'm turning up a bit. I'm trying
to be the best version of myself, the
happiest, most entertaining. But at this
moment, I just couldn't hold it
together. I basically
broke and I snapped. I broke up with her
on the spot on camera. I didn't care
that millions of people were watching. I
just couldn't take it anymore.
Yeah, guys. I'm calling Liz right now.
I'm going to tell her I'm breaking up
with her.
You don't speak.
We need to talk.
What?
I just can't believe you would do that
to me. That was so dangerous.
Sorry.
So, like, honestly, I'm left with no
choice, but I don't think we should
continue dating or anything.
Okay.
I think we need to break up.
You're so annoying. I'm serious. That
was so scary. You tried to pull me up
the bus. You're greedy for $10,000 and
you're going to risk that over our
relationship. Like, that's not cool.
I know. You're being so mean to me, J.
I'm not being mean to you. Make you cry.
You almost made me
cry on camera.
If I didn't have the grass to hold on
to, I would have been seriously injured.
And then what? That's what I'm saying.
Like,
being so mean to me.
No, you're being crazy. And clearly,
like, this isn't going to work out. So,
we have to break up and that's it. It's
final. All right. I got to go. I'm going
to go find someone that's not going to
pull me off a school bus for 10 grand.
I'm like, that's crazy. I got to go.
Bye. I had to do it.
You had to do it,
guys. Carter just broke up with me.
It's okay.
Challenge in the world.
He doesn't deserve you. He'll be back,
sis.
My emotions got the best of me. And I
think Liz understood what I meant by
those words because she didn't take it
as a joke. I remember her on camera
actually crying knowing the impact
because I'm sure she felt similar in
many ways with the stress of this
relationship. Even me being more
withdrawn over time I could only imagine
the pressures that she felt. So when
this situation happened that you guys
all saw and there's so many comments
about that that was in fact raw emotions
and a glimpse into how I was feeling at
times and it's not something I'm proud
of. I never want to speak poorly on
somebody or hurt their feelings or be
the source of their struggles or
suffering at all. Ever. I only ever want
to lift people up. And there's so much
emotion involved in a lot of these
situations in the past. And yeah, that
was one that uh that got the best of me.
We we did break up that day. Um, it
didn't last long again because of the
pressures and needing to move forward
and get the next videos out and continue
to build our careers. Um, but the
tensions were high without a doubt.
Flash forward a few more years, we moved
out of California. We moved to the
current team our house. At this stage in
our careers, we were trying to really
plant our roots and really take things
to the next level by owning property. It
gives you full control over everything
that we get to do here. All of team
ultimately moved out to North Carolina
as well and we set up a new home base.
That is when the inevitable happened,
which to you guys might have felt so
unexpected or unbelievable. In my world,
it just felt like the inevitable. We
broke up. It was an incredibly
challenging situation. despite all the
pressures and struggles and challenges
that we had. It's something that we
talked about and it was extremely
painful. But that is the decision that
we made and that is the one that I have
stuck to. It's been almost 3 years since
the breakup and I've done nothing but
work on myself and continue to move
forward. So, to answer so many different
questions that you guys are dying to
hear, Liz and I
have space between us. I haven't talked
or seen her in person in a very long
time. I think that's for the best. I
think that we've grown apart. I think
it's just a very touchy
emotional
experience where there's
a lot of baggage and I don't see a
future where we come back together in
any sort of reunion way to make content
or anything like that. I just I want to
be as optimistic as possible, but I also
I'm just trying to be authentic. I'm
trying to be real. I hope that the best
for the future. And to be honest, I
don't know what that is. I know what's
best for me currently right now. And
that is just to live my life, live my
story, my future chapters, and move
forward and be the happiest, healthiest,
best version of myself. And I wish that
for her as well. finally finding the
time and the space to continue to grow
as a person and catch up on a lot of
life that I missed out being a YouTuber.
I know that sounds kind of crazy, but
you miss out on a lot of normal things
and I'm playing a lot of catch-up there.
I might have done the craziest things
you've ever seen day after day, year
after year, and that is true. But I'm
starting to reinvest my energy into my
health physically, mentally, and
personal growth. and doing that on my
own chapter, my own path and my own
journey has been such a rewarding,
refreshing experience. And I can promise
you there is going to be some incredible
things to come here on this channel.
This next chapter of my life is going to
be an amazing one. And I can't wait to
show you where I go. So, if you guys
haven't subscribed, make sure you do
right now
cuz it's going to be fun.
