Before you grow roses from a bouquet, I'd like you to consider other sources of cuttings for your propagation. I'm not saying it can't be done - it can! And I've made a tutorial on the process: • Propagate Roses from a Bouquet
The problem is that the source of cuttings determines your success - a store bought bouquet rose (because it was grown fast) may have little or no suitable wood for the semi-hardwood propagation process. It also will most likely be a florist variety - which often don't perform well in outdoor temperate gardens. Maybe your best alternate source would be well-grown (and named variety) roses from your own garden, but if you don't have those available, I'll suggest some alternatives in this video.
