Rescuing two of the most poorly bred dogs I've ever seen, we need to end backyard breeding

I've seen a lot of poorly bred dogs in my time as an animal rescuer but these two innocent souls are so messed up, man. It still horrifies me seeing dogs like this...when will it end?
