RECIPE NO. 1 (Eggplant with Ground Beef)
INGREDIENTS:
5 medium eggplants
1 medium red onion, sliced
300g of ground beef
1/2 tsp of black pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of calamansi extract or lemon juice
3/4 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of chicken powder seasoning
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
Dark soy sauce for color (optional)
