What a start was McKeon at the Tokyo Olympics. She's won 11 Olympic medals including five gold.
Away even start McKeon in the yellow cap. Above her in the other yellow cap is her teammate Wilson
and McKeon's away well. Also down there in lane number seven Tori Husk with her traditional fast
start. Yeah Husk out quick through the 25. It was a much better dive there from Hawhey
and she needed it to be because she's a 200 meter swimmer. So watch for her to move through the back
half of this race. The swimmer in five. McKeon turns first 24.4. She's just 0.2 over world record
pace. This is where she'll try and break the field open. It's McKeon pulling away from Hawhey
and she turns for the last time. It's McKeon in front. Hawhey second and Steenborgen in forward.
A wonderful turn that by McKeon. The crowd is lifting her. She's flying. So too is Hawhey.
Close finish coming up. McKeon. McKeon gets it. McKeon at a championship record beating Hawhey.
