Hello friends of Easy Spanish, I'm Sara and we're here in Barcelona
to ask people on the street what are their plans for today.
Let's go!
What are your plans for today?
It's my boyfriend's birthday, so we're going to have dinner.
Well, now I've stayed with some friends and I'm going to pick up some shoes that I ordered.
My plans for today, I'm going back to the office now, which is close by,
and then I'm going to pick up my son from school,
to take him home, make dinner, have dinner and go to sleep.
Go to the cinema?
Well, this afternoon I'm going to the Teatr Aneu to see an impress show.
Very good!
I just got out of work and we're going to the Teatr Aneu for today.
Yes!
To get home and rest from work.
Well, I'm an interpreter and I have some interviews with some film directors.
I've stayed with a friend that I haven't seen for many years,
in a bar near here, which is a bar where they have cats.
Oh!
Yes, it's the Cats Café or something like that.
And you can be drinking something surrounded by cats and you can also adopt them and all that.
And since I like photography, I've taken advantage of it because it's very nice.
What are your plans for today?
My plans are to walk the dog, make cookies.
Make cookies?
Yes.
Then go shopping and go to work.
My plans for today?
Well, go to work.
We've had dinner with a group of friends that we meet a couple of times a year, maybe.
And now we're going to the funeral home because a friend's husband has died.
Oh, I'm sorry.
This afternoon, after dinner with these friends, I'm going home.
I'm going to work a bit at home.
Maybe I'll write some letters.
And then I think I'm going to go to Cine Verdi to see a film that I had seen when I was young.
And I don't remember very well what it was.
The title is El Amigo Americano.
Then I'll go home, have dinner and go to bed.
What are your plans for today?
Today?
Yes.
Work.
Work? What do you work on?
On restoring old furniture.
Oh, how nice!
Yes.
The arm was broken.
And so I had to, well, redo everything again.
And when you redo, the paint goes away, so you have to retouch and all that.

And in your daily life, do you like to follow a routine or improvise?
I like to improvise, but usually yes, a routine.
Well, I like to improvise a lot. I don't like routines.
I like to improvise a lot, but we are at an age where routine is life.
A routine. I have to have a routine, yes.
But open to improvisation. No problem.
Of course. And in your daily life, do you like to improvise or follow a routine?
I like to improvise everything I can. Break the routine and see what comes out.
That depends on how the day goes.
I like it because depending on the day, I can plan it better.
It is better to plan it, but if not, well, look, if I go to Salto de Mata today, nothing happens.
Yes, very good.
You have to adapt to what is there.
Yes.
Day to day.
And are your days more or less planned or do you like to improvise?
Improvise, totally.
Yes?
Yes.
No, I need a routine.
Yes.
Yes, yes. If I don't get lost.
Sometimes I improvise, but very little.
For me, a combination of the two.
I have to have some idea, but I'm not ...
I mean, it's not hard for me to improvise if I don't have anything planned.
Improvisation. Long live improvisation.
Let's see, the routine helps me not to stay at home.
That is, if I have to go to the pool in the morning, then I have to go shopping,
in the afternoons I have to go to sing with the choir, or I have to go to dance classes,
or I have to do other things, these routines, which are an obligation,
force me to move, to leave the house.
And the rest, well, I improvise, of course.
Well, I like ... well, the routine also marks your work, right?
Everyone likes to improvise, I guess.
Not having a routine.
And what are your plans for tomorrow?
For tomorrow, well, I'm looking for a job,
so I'll probably keep looking for a job and I'll also do yoga as a hobby.
And what are your plans for tomorrow?
Go to school and play a volleyball game and that's it.
For tomorrow, well, I have a work visit at 9 in the morning,
at 12 I have a meeting, at 1 I have another meeting, then I eat,
I'm going to pick up my son and take him to the pool.
Tomorrow I have Italian classes in the morning, I'm going to San Cugat,
it's Italian associated with art, then I'll eat with a friend,
and in the afternoon, well, I don't know, third day.
Well, also work a little bit and in the afternoon improvise.
Improvise something, whatever.
For tomorrow, well, go to work and do the work,
and then come home, cook, eat, the routine of each day.
Very good.
Until I finish work and go home.
That's the day-to-day of each day.
And wait for the weekend to enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Yes, yes.
For tomorrow, well, first I'll go to a yoga class,
then I'll go to my husband's workshop to see if he has come to put the light on,
and then, if I have time, I'll go to Los Encantes to take a walk.
Well, very good.
And what are your plans for tomorrow?
I don't know.
You don't know?
I improvise.
For tomorrow, I've stayed with my friends,
I'm going to make a coffee, then we're going to have dinner and then go to work again.
Tomorrow is Friday, well, tomorrow, well, I'll get up, etc.,
and then, at noon, I'll have dinner with my daughter.
Then I'll go with my daughter to the doctor,
and then she'll do her job, whatever she has to do,
and I'll go for a walk, if the weather is good, and if not, I'll improvise.
Well, I'll get up, have breakfast and go to work.
Working all day, until the afternoon.
Very good. Thank you very much.
And now it's your turn.
