There's one thing that truly sets Meghan Markle literally seething back home in Montecito. And it's nothing to do with the fact that Catherine, the Princess of Wales, is of course a class act. One day, to become our Queen. Something that really, as we all know, Meghan Markle truly struggled with. After all, she was Hollywood royalty, right? She thought she was going to walk into the job and never have to bow or curtsy, or indeed look sideways at Catherine, the Princess of Wales. But a few years down the line, what Meghan's realised is, is that, well, the infamous war cry from her husband-to-be at the time, Prince Harry, what Meghan wants, Meghan gets, well, it doesn't always ring true. And now this happened, oh yes, earlier this week, at the prestigious event that is, of course, Wimbledon 2025. As ever, chums, let me explain. Morning, nice to see you. I have taken some of the footage of the beautiful flowers for you. And can we just give a very big round of applause, if you can, chums, to all the people from Royal Parks who put these, you know, wonderful concoctions together. And, you know, I mean, you know me, I love gardening. I mentioned this before, useless at it. I just put them all in. But the way they blend the colours, and it's so striking, isn't it? And, you know, you think there's a lot of artwork goes into that. I do think the Royal Parks and the Royal Park Rangers do a terrific job. So thank you if you tuned in. And I know quite a few of you are because you say hello to me, don't you, when I'm walking through the park. So it's always good to know. But thank you. And if you mention them, please do. I'm sure they'll pick it up and see the comments. It's always good to thank people, isn't it? It's a little bit like this particular story with Meghan Markle and, more importantly, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, who looked stunning on two days last week at the prestigious Wimbledon 2025. Now, I've told you before, it's one of those events. It's just like, say, summer, doesn't it? Wonderful. You never know who you're going to see. And as I pointed out, the Royal Box at Wimbledon has now become like the red carpet. And, you know, when you think about it also, it's good for their careers. Of course, it causes a lot of, shall we say, problems as well, because a lot of people think, well, what are they doing in the Royal Box? How did they manage to get in? But it's all down, if you check it out on Wimbledon, to those people there who decide, who think, will gather eyeballs to screen and get people to talk about it. But sometimes it does seem to be the same ubiquitous people every year, am I right? I tell you, though, the people that were here literally a couple of days ago now in the Royal Box for the final, the men's final, was none other than the true Hollywood A-lister, that is Nicole Kidman, marvellous actress and had a very long and stellar career, amongst other people too, Matthew McCartney and this woman, Anna Wintour. Yes, the doyen of Vogue magazine that's decided to step down after quite a few years. Now, as I told you before, all is not well in the world of Condé Nast and Vogue. Anna Wintour ruled the Wrath for many years very successfully, but of course, everything changes. It doesn't matter who you are, there are people at the top that try and push you out, I don't know if there's ever, I have to say, allegedly, and want you to do something differently, you know, appeal to the younger people. What's interesting, though, I can tell you is that Anna Wintour was literally behind, as we know, the Princess of Wales. Oh, was she there? Oh, yes. Well, you see, there was a reason, and there's always a reason, isn't there? You see, as we know, as Anna departs this great, glossy magazine, still going to be sort of editorial head across many other brands, but she wants to go out with a bang and she truly wants to land the Princess of Wales for an exclusive interview, the very first, more in-depth interview, regarding her brutal year as her husband, Prince William, the Prince of Wales, put it. But she has another idea also. She wouldn't mind getting a joint interview with none other than His Majesty the King, with his thoughts on how it's been for Catherine and himself. Now, you may say, well, aiming big, but Anna Wintour's always aimed big, and what you see sat in the Royal Box isn't just people having an afternoon jolly, it is networking, and there was a conversation, and I am told, in the very near future, there will be a meeting. Now, if any sort of magazine could do this, in my opinion, in a very nice and pleasant way, I'm sure it would be Vogue. They are desperate to make sure that Catherine becomes a cover star again, simply because of two reasons. Not only does she look terrific, but also she puts bombs on seats, as they say. She sells a lot of magazines, particularly to the demographic, so we'll have to see whether Anna Wintour's seat in the Royal Box will finally give her a game, set, and match to her final outing as the Queen of Vogue.
