Hi friends and welcome back to Read with Miss Francesca. Today we will be reading the Farm
Yard Parade and all of our lovely farm animals. Do you have a favorite farm animal? Great,
mine's a pig. Oink oink. Let's begin. On the farm the animals played under the sun in the cool
shade. Can we name the animals we see? Yeah, we have a pig and a horse and a cow and a rooster.
The rooster crowed cock-a-doodle-do. Do you see the rooster on top of the chicken barn?
He's waking up all the animals and the cow went moo-moo-moo
and they're eating some grass. The pig rolled in the mud so deep. Yeah, pigs love to roll in mud.
What noise does a pig make? Oink, oink, oink, oink, oink, oink, oink. Good job.
While the ducklings swam and went peep, peep, peep, the little baby duck went peep, peep, peep
and a regular duck, big mama duck or papa duck goes quack, quack. The horse went fast. Gallop,
gallop, go. Do you know the noise that a horse makes? Neigh. Good job. And look what's on the
farm. It's an owl and a sheep. Yeah, they're just having some fun in the farm. A little dog bark.
Little dog is with the farmer and they're making sure all the animals are well fed,
that their little homes are clean and that they're having a great day on the farm.
As the cat climbed up the barn roof, oh my goodness, look he's climbing up and it looks like
he's trying to catch a butterfly. He's playing with the butterfly.
They all danced in a happy line. A farmyard parade, so bright, so fine. Look at all our animals.
Can you help me name them? We have a rooster. Do you remember the noise that a rooster makes?
And we have a horse. Neigh. And a pig. Oink, oink, oink, oink. And a sheep.
We have a little doggy. Ruff, ruff. And the cow. Moo. And we can't forget the duck with her little
ducklings. Quack, quack. Peep, peep, peep, peep, peep. Good job. The sun began to set so low and the farm
went quiet, soft and low. Little dog is going shh because everyone is getting ready for the night.
The animals yawned, all tucked in tight, dreaming of their next day's delight.
The end. That was a wonderful story. If you enjoyed that story,
