Belinda Bencic Best Points in 2025 | WTA Highlights

Well saved. I think this could be a really good example of what we can expect today. Two very powerful ball strikers from very deep positions. Good attacking intent as well. Superb from Bencic. Bencic shot. That backhand inside out. Not many players have that shot. Bencic is one of them. Here it is. Made that choice. Smart choice. It was actually around the time she ended school. She wasn't quite sure about what she was going to do. Money was a bit short. She's built different. But, you know, she's smart. She's worked out ways to use her strengths. She gave that interview for the WT and she said it. I'm just quoting her. She said it. On the line. So both players holding serve early on. It's been a high quality start. by Bencic and then she kept the movement going. It's another incredible piece of movement. But it isn't just the movement. It's the ability to then produce a shot of great quality because she had really no way of knowing what Tatiana Maria was going to do with that shorter ball. The brilliant backhand up the line. That's the signature shot from Bencic. At the conclusion of this match. So it's about Coca-Cola taking care of her own game today. Definitely, definitely. And to know what to expect from Bencic because Bencic has been playing well and they did play in Australia. But I think Bencic is fitter now. He's playing really good tennis. He's very confident. He has a great timing and just, just, you know, puts pressure on the opponent all the time. Well done. Belinda. Oh, it's brilliant from Bencic. She was in real trouble. Somehow managed to get herself out of it. Showing off her athleticism here in this rally to stay in it initially. Just put it away. This feather to her cap. Well, I'm still waiting for her first point in the match. Classic Belinda Bencic rushing Telson. That's so clever. Just held the ball on the backhand, didn't she? Till the last millisecond. It looked like she might take it cross court. See if you can read where Bencic is going to hit this ball from this position. Goff makes the breakthrough. Oh, wonderful play from Bencic. The air got underneath that one. Oh, wow. Well, you might struggle to see a better return than that all week.
