250 ml water (1 cup) or chicken stock 250毫升(1 杯) 水或鸡汤
2 egg whites 2个蛋清
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) 1/2汤匙蚝油(可选)
1.5 teaspoon potato starch 1.5茶匙马铃薯淀粉
season with salt, soy sauce or sugar 加盐、生抽、糖调味
2 tablespoon cooking oil 2汤匙食用油
