Traditional Arabian Food!! WHOLE GOAT ROCK BBQ (Can't Believe the Process)!!

In this video we’re going on an Omani food tour in Salalah, in the southern Dhofar region of Oman! We’re starting with a traditional celebration food of the Dhofar region, that called Madhbi, where they take an entire goat, and grill it fresh on hot rocks. The cooking process is incredible and it’s an ancient desert bbq method. The meat was so fresh and cooked perfectly with natural smoke embedded into every bite. Many locals also like to eat their meat with a dip of sweet local honey for a sweet touch.
