Good luck And the champion Jermal Charlo in the black with silver trunks the determined challenger Sergei Derby and we saw beat Terrell Gauche to earn another opportunity at this title You can't get reckless in this fight and you definitely can't make a mistake Chankos attempt to apply more pressure early the jab proving to be a tactical start Double jab an effective start Charlo walking down Derby and Chanko and fires that long-range one to Derby and Chanko's and of course everyone raving about his performance many ringside observers Take a toll on Derby and Chanko here and coming into his third title fight as he gets tagged by Charlo It's Jermal is doing between the two fights you mentioned. I mean triple G and obviously Dan Jacob is that Jermal angles as Charlo just sits there and all Charlo ain't the jab from Derby and Chanko misses with the counter left hook high level to the best at 160 there is the Pump job. Oh nice a left hook on the release there by Sneaky uppercut that that Al mentioned nice there, but check go looking for that one to the only time She's going he'd landed a nice right hand over the top using angles out. Yeah, he did and you know there He blocked the uppercut attempt by Charlo. He started in that equation And you know coming all nice Barrage of punches there Derby and check look traded footwork And he's trying to put together the footwork here in the third round as he's had some success Main events a two-part pay-per-view here tonight from the fights their respective titles and Derby and Chanko trying to find a way inside Going to High level professionals applied their trade and a lot of the mental warfare Going on as well as Charlo Charlo picking apart Derby and Chanko may have hurt him there Derby and Chanko stumbled And Derby and Chanko may have been saved by This is where He was in the pocket got hit with the right hand that bounced a little bit off the top of the head It wasn't an illegal. It was not an illegal blow, but nonetheless Abner here's where he he got caught in between in the level of where he wanted to be not Yeah, and it was one of those shots right in the temple that just you know buckles your knees And he almost went down and the left hook punctuated that Again for the same reason Charlo is such a great counterpunch Charlo working the body a short right you were seeing now the level that he brings to the ring Yeah, very fine a technical fighter Charlo's showing us he is thinking his way through this fight very well He's very stocking I mean the size difference on display and Derby and Chanko doing what he has to do most effective weapon in terms of setting up His power the jab, but there is his calling card right uppercut left uppercut At the end of the round we are through four of this Derby and Chanko is Right in the kill zone for that punch and there it is the left uppercut Both of those uppercuts are effective and here he comes with the left uppercut that was toward the end of the round when he had Derby and Chanko Last round is he'd now you're in round number five Charlo continues to stalk There's that right uppercut catches Derby and Chanko Jamal Charlo that's an effective jab although he eats a couple of shots for Derby and Chanko Well, let's continue to watch he is slick enough that he moves he doesn't stay for the second or third and that's when Derby Chanko is the a dangerous fighter when he lets his hands go a reminder that the second part of fight Usually comes on starting to right now absolutely as he's Don't be nice and stop the headhunting right to go to the body Derby and Chanko has reached his normal punch number of 64 He wants to join the illustrious list of Ukraine There's a lead right hand by Derby and Chanko. You are watching Between Charlo and Derby and Chanko I think Charlo Exchanging well, maybe a one-sided conversation with I don't know the referee or Derby and Chanko Derby and Chanko now has a mouse developing under the left eye Let's stop on the inside Okay one Three deep one two getting in just enough. There's a lead right hand and that was a good one And more importantly he fought off Charlo and later in around again He would get inside land a nice left hand and a right the combination punching starting to come He's getting He's getting in that right hand that I mentioned earlier, of course, he still can get hit with right hands like that from He doesn't want to stay in there with Checkup the best round of the fight so far in the sixth with that said Charlo with the jab and fighting in his distance People average eight punches landed around against Charlo and normally 19 As it's Charlo looking to rattle Derby and Chanko's jaw And there's Derby and Chanko who has a good uppercut Another right uppercut lands at the bell a lot of guys However, there were moments where that head hunting worked for Derby and check up now They're a right hand left and he doubles with the left hook. That's when he These are usually the territory in fights where Derby and Chanko Most comfortable effective range where he is right now where he does damage and he makes it by Derby and Chanko Charlo at using his jab and fighting at a distance would land this big right hand They actually exchanged right hands, but Charlo's got their night Derby and Chanko had his longest layoff 11 months coming into this There's a nice Maybe the vision of trying to get in And it did right there got him right there working throw combinations Does it has you thinking It stopped you from doing something and that's the jab that your mom was Right there he's gonna And there you see the numbers when he uses that punch it's effective in this round The right hand at the punch you can't see it, okay That was well said And again Charlo Lanza, please all right, that was the last That was the last one here to round six. He has been buckled a couple of times but he has made it to the 12th round collected and a Tremendous display thus far as against double left hook to do something impressive Does for him it sets up other punches Under a minute left Really faced anyone of note. He is facing one of the toughest at 160 and proving to be As tough as they come here with 35 seconds left in the 12th and final round Derby and Chanko keeps coming Going the distance Testimony to both men a testimony to Derby and Chanko for getting in there and doing great work and testimony To him still the WBC middleweight champion of the world Jamal hitman Charlo Jamal Charlo improves to 31 and oh He's going back to the crib with the title six and oh now
