Solo Boondocking Trip to the Smoky Mountains with my Tiny Camper

It's time for lunch. I'm just making some simple philly cheese steaks this evening. First I'm searing up the steak and then I start cooking up the peppers and onions. Once those are mostly cooked I throw them all back in the pan together so that they can meld together. Put that on a hoagie with some cheese and dig in. Most people don't realize that the southern Appalachians are considered a temperate rain forest. So North Georgia and the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smoky Mountains and East Tennessee and Western South Carolina, they get enough rain to be considered a rain forest. well darn. All right, my feet are soaked now anyways, so there goes all my filtered water.
