Wire wrapped large spherical stones without holes | Lantern pendant

Materials I used : Soft copper wire :
wire size to make pendant with diameter of stones 14 - 16mm
22 gauge ( wire diameter 0.6mm ) : 25cm( 10 inch)
28 gauge ( wire diameter 0.3mm ) : 50cm( 20 inch)

The original idea come from The artistic cloth lanterns, a cultural part of a small city near Da Nang - Vietnam (where I live).
When I finished, I saw it like a chestnut, At times it resembles a lollipop or balls Christmas decorations.
This pattern is suitable for spherical diameter of stones bigger 1cm. the bigger stone, the bigger the lantern
With this pattern you can use any wire type and wire size you have, as well as any tool you have.
This pattern can still be used with stones with holes
